You must know that People will buy from People which they know, Like and trust. So, that is way it’s very important to connecting with your audience. So, your audience Will know you, Like you and Trust you!

Offer

Now after you build your audience and after you connected with your audience you can send them some offers. Which Will they accept. But if you send them offers without a connection with your audience nobody Will buy your products or join to your Company.

More important is to be well-connected with your audience than to have Huge audience without any connection.

How everything starts

We all know how things going on between couples. First they met each other somewhere and then they talk, having  fun during that talk. Next step is that guy ask a girl for a phone number. Right?

Then he call her to made appointment for their first date. Maybe even they will not call that date, they will call it coffee or going to drink without any obligation. So, then again they have fun on that drink enjoy in talking. After that they go home and again guy call or send a message to the girl to meet her again on some drink or maybe if that guy have more imagination he will ask her to go somewhere to else like theatre or maybe Zoo to watch different animals not only humans.

After a several different “dates” they will maybe decide to be together in relationship. Right? Some people will jump in a relationship sooner some later, but if everything is fine and they fall in love. After they are in relationship longer time, then he propose her girlfriend. That could be a one year or more, again depends on different people. But one thing for sure no body doing it and that is the proposal for marriage when a man first time see a woman. That is not happening!

Marry my online business

What happens in online business world? Lot of people doing a lot of different things online. There is so many business online that you cannot even imagine. Most of the people are part of some business they really like. They have also products in that business. Which are maybe really great. So, most of this companies are great and people love it.

Since today Social media are the biggest prospecting platforms people do one of the biggest mistakes they can do online. Let say when I get a new Facebook friend which is a part of some Online business or Network Marketing company, this guy in a first or second message ask me to join their company.

Company is maybe good, but reality is that I didn’t see that guy or a girl who offer me to join the company never in my life. I don’t know them, this is the first time I ever spoke with them over the messages and they already wants me to join their company or to buy stuff which they are selling.

It is the same just like a man would ask a woman to marry him when first time he see her! Isn’t that crazy?

Avoid this mistake don’ ever try to offer something to a person you don’t know t least for a ten messages and it is much better to wait them to ask you what are you doing. They will then decide will be that interesting to them or not.

Lot of People use Facebook as their Social media where they will spend most of the time. I also use Facebook for my work. Facebook have Lot’s of their own features, but there is always more tools which can help you to leverage Facebook much more.

For example if you would like to post to more groups in one time than you can use software Octosuite. This software can help you to post to many groups in the same time and no, you will not finished in FB jail, there is lot of other excellent features which this software offer. 

You know that Facebook have option of doing live video on it. But at the moment it is Limited only for mobile phone for most of the People. Some People have option to use Facebook live from desktop. At the moment that is in beta version and probably you do not have it yet. You can use some tool to Open that possibility for you.

There is two softwares which you can use. One is OBS and the other one is Just broadcasting. This tool Will help you to made FB live directly from your desktop. What is more than fantastic in the same time you can record live your desktop or combination of your desktop and your face what is really fantastic. In any case tools can help you to build your business.

Last year I write a blog post after the New Year about New Year Resolution which Lot of People made. So, New Year knocks on our door again. 🙂

 This year I am doing it before New Year. Why? Let me explain what New Year Resolution is.

Resolution

Every year People made this New Year Resolution.

They say that they Will lose weight, that they Will change this and that in their lives and what happen than? After ten days they break their rules and doing it just like they did it before any Resolution.

Useless

I must say that this New Years Resolution only frustrate you and it something what destroy your self-confidence. New Year is on Day in a years where start to count days from zero, it is a Day when you should have fun and that is it. Nothing else man. This is not specialize Day when everything Will change for you. No, it is not that Day. For changing things New Year day is useless.

Change

If you would like to change something in your Life than you have to made decision. Most of decision which really Works are those which you made now. Not to connected with some date! If you want to change something you have to do it now! From this moment! That is how you Will made a change. So, if you think about some New Year Resolution you should not wait for a New Year!! Made a decision now! This moment! You Will see that your decision Will be much more stronger than every year New Year Resolution!

My decision

My decision is to stop eat carbs. Because I get fat like a balloon from carbs. I know that is not a right time for that decision, since now it is Christmas and New Year and there Will be Lot of food on the table, but I don’t care. Everybody say to me you should stop eat carbs after the New Year, but I don’t care.

Well if I would said that, that Will not happen very simple. For every decision you have to bring it now! Not to say that you Will do it for ten days, because you Will not.

Same thing is with business decision. If you said that you Will start your business for a two Weeks I am telling you that you Will not, and we can bet on it.

Most of the People who start with their Online business expecting money results in few days when they start to doing something Online.  Things are not working in that way.

How things are working?

If you take the example of offline business you Will se that everybody have to invest big money in any offline business and them they talk about  years and years when they can expect that this money will be back. Yes you see it good.

For example if you have more than 400.000,00$ you can think about investing that money in franchise like McDonald’s. To tell you the truth I don’t how much is McDonald’s franchise, but it is for sure big money. So, you have to work for a 5 years to get your money back. You Will not earn half a million dollars in first month. The same story is in Online business.

Even better

You know in Online business it is even better than in offline business. You can invest peanuts, really small investment is in Online business. I am talking here about Network Marketing and Affiliate marketing. I am not talking about Online investing companies where you can invest big money.

So, you invest some small amount of money and them you must work. If you have your own blog which cost you maybe 20$ per month you cannot expect some big money to get out of it for a at least one year.

And yes you have to work on your blog all the time, even if it is just a part of your college side hustles. But after one year things start to change. You know more, people know you and they are ready to buy from your. We all know that People buy from People who they know, like and trust. It takes time that People know you, like you and trust you. It Will not go over night. Than means that you have to start now with your blog. Not tomorrow. Now! If you don’t have idea how to start with your blog? When is so much things on internet sometimes can be pretty hard to find what we are looking for and if you are looking for a some extra money to earn online then you can choose between hundred of different business.

If you decide to do some Network Marketing business online than you can face with lot of different business, you can even be part of the lawyers internet business.There is so many things that your mind will blow of. Usually people go for their first offer which they get from somebody and join that business. But, the best thing would be to take some time i start business which you are like. Not to start first business when somebody flash you with a cash, start some thing what you like. For example if you like health industry start business in health industry, if you like something else start something else.

Affiliate Marketing

Same thing is with Affiliate marketing. You should be promoting what you like to do and products or services which are in compliance with your believing. Affiliate can also be a system where you can earn passive income. It is not only promoting and sales, it can be great source of passive income for everybody. So, when you are choosing between Network and Affiliate Marketing you have to choose what you like!

Company which changed my life is an Affiliate business and I worked whole my life in Network Marketing companies. For sure things are similar in Affiliate and Network Marketing companies. This company is educational company and since I am in educational business that was perfect match for me.

Other stuff

There is so many other things online that I would write ten blogs, not one to cover all that. There you have games business, money trading business. Currency, health business, hundreds of different online business. You can choose what ever you want, and what ever you think there is, even what you didn’t think there is business about that. Choose what fits for you and don’t think about this business is better and I should start to do this one.

Important

One important thing is that don’t listen to others so much, listen to your self. Because if owner McDonald’s didn’t invest his money in Facebook or in Apple it doesn’t mean that he is not successful with McDonald’s. I know that lot of people will say that their business is the best. But for you the best one is the one which you like the most!

There’s nothing worse than a boss who doesn’t understand. Recognition plays a big part too, if you use a colleague of the month it’l; promote a healthy competitiveness among your team. The power of praise can never be understated, simply saying “well done” can work wonders as long as you don’t overdo it.

Promote Responsibility

If you make someone responsible or accountable for certain things it’ll up their game. They’ll feel like you trust them, and will want to repay that trust. It’s a good way of gauging if someone’s ready for promotion too. It means you’re willing to show some faith in your workforce and it will register with them.
