Three little pigs

If you didn’t hear it when you were a kid I will tell you now the story about Three little pigs.

Once upon time there was three little pigs. They could not agree on that how they will build their house so, they decide to do it three houses, every pig will made his own house. What is correct right? First pig was not such a hard-working pig and he made a house from straw. Second one made something better, he made a house from sticks. The third one was a hard-working pig and he made a house from bricks.
So, one day big hungry wolf came to the neighborhood and destroy house from straw and sticks and eat two pigs, but he could not do it with a third pig who made a house from bricks.

Social media

If you are building your business on Social Media it is the same like you are building a house from straw and sticks. Very easy can come some angry wolf and destroy it. Just like things happen for people who build their business on Blab. Blab was one excellent site where you could talk with four person and have audience in chat. It was really great. But, one day owners decide to shut it down. If you were building your business only there you are out of the business in one day.

Blog is a base

That’s why you must have blog. You are the owner of your blog, you decide when you will shut it down or not. You control all the content on your blog. All Social media can support your blog, but it is not wise to build business only on Social Media sites. It is the same like you were made a house from straw or sticks. Also they were happy about that industrial age. It was fantastic for them. People have to do every Job almost manually and it was perfect for them.

Information Age

Later on we get in the information age and things are changed. It looks like thing are changed much faster than People change.
So, we have situation which is not so good for People. Computers start to change People on their Jobs. There is no need for a two worker when everything do computer. Also Lot of factories are now computerised and there is no need for a so much People.
Things now changing even faster than before. Now we are not anymore in information age. Why? Reason is very simple. Today information don’t have any value. You can everything find on Google, any information which one you choose you can find it on Google. Today there is too much information. We are bombarded every Day with Lot of emails, Tv Show, Social media stuff. There is so much information that now you have to know which information can help you and which one Will not help you.

Knowledge Age

So, now we are in knowledge age. Peter Drucker Said that this age Will come and here it is. Now the biggest value is knowledge. We have to learn and with those knowledge we can change our lives.
I know that it is not easy to find right knowledge. That in so much information to take the right one for you. It is almost the same like you are searching for a needle in haystack.

Should you work during the summer?

I know that Lot of People who when summer Times come lose focus on their business.
Yes it is great to have one week Nice vacation time on some beach like the Cayman Islands resorts and having fun, two Weeks are event better.
But if you are in home based business. What I like more, not home Based Business, but anywhere Based business. You can work on the beach also, you can work anywhere. So, there is no need to lose your focus. With your laptop you can work anywhere in the world. Where you have internet.
But if you are not in home Based Business, but you are in some Network Marketing business you have to think twice Will you leave your business and go on vacation.
What would you like more? To work everything year like Crazy and to go on vacation for a three Weeks and to work like that for 40 years or you would like to work like Crazy for a five years without vacation and some brakes. After that five years of hard work you can take a vacation everything time you want it and How long you want it?
Most of the people Works the same. They sacrifices future better Life for a small things now. They buy things which don’t need instead investing it in the business. They buy fantastic two Weeks vacation instead they invest in the business.

I know that for most of you blogging can look like something where you will lose your time, but things are completely different. I mean opposite, with your blog you same time, not lose. How? Very simple, depends how do you use your blog. If you use it as a teaching tool than you can very easy send your people to a blog post’s which you already made before, that saves your time a lot. Because you don’t have to explain them every time. Just send them to your blog. Pretty simple, this also works for other things. Depends how do you concept your blog.

Knowledge

One thing is for sure lot of people don’t start their own blog because they do not know how to set up a blog. They think it is very expensive and don’t know how to do it. Difference between success and failure!

failureThere is a lot of people who thinks that it is not fair that are not successful. I would like to say that there is a lot of people who are not real in their opinions.

On the other hand there is a lot of people who are jealous on successful people. The biggest problem is that they are not aware why they are not successful.

The fact is that you can’t be successful if you spend your days in front of television. People who are not active in their lives they will not be successful. That is the biggest difference between failure and successful people.

Success

Do you spend time with successful people? If you do, than you know those guys are very active. They do not lose time in front of television or on beer, or somewhere else. They work, and work hard. In the same time they like what they do. That is the reason why they work so much. One of the biggest thing in your life is that you like to do what you do.

I like to write. Until now I wrote two books and I run three blogs in the same time. So, I write a lot and I love it. When people do, what they don’t like then they quit very fast. In any case Successful people are very active. They are all in one action!

Failure

I am sure that you notice people who are without energy and mainly doing nothing? Those kind of people are not successful. Things are very simple if you don’t want to be a failure, and if you would like to be successful you have to take a massive action and don’t quit in the process. All failures are not taking any action or they quit all the time and starts something new. They can start new things every day, but there will be no change in their lives.

Just to make it clear. Sometimes it is better to quit on what are you doing, when you are sure that this is not for you. But, don’t quit to soon and move your self in the massive action. That is how you will become successful!

The world has been hit with many an industrial disaster. And most of them could have been prevented if health and safety was followed properly. Employees have rights when at work. It was 26th April 1986 when the worst nuclear power plant disaster in recent history occurred. Reactor 4 of Ukraine’s Chornobyl power plant exploded and spewed out a cloud of radioactivity across Europe and the then Soviet Union. The explosion took 31 lives, and the long term effects of the explosion are still very much unknown. As a result of the incident, around 4,000 people. Most of whom were children. Developed thyroid cancer.

Bhopal:

It was early on the 3rd December 1984 when a pesticide plant in Bhopal, India, spewed out about 36 tonnes of deadly gas into the cities air. The gas quickly killed around 4,000 according to local government estimates. However, campaigners claim the death toll was double that. The plant closed after the incident. This could have been avoided had the company paid more attention to health and safety advice. And had their been more health and safety regulations in place.

Phillips disaster:

This explosion was blamed on inadequate safety procedures by the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Yet another incident that could have easily been avoided had proper safety guidelines been met. It happened on the 23rd October 1989 in Pasadena, Texas. An ethylene leak sparked the explosions at a petroleum plant. The explosions took 23 lives and injured 314.

Lac-Mégantic:

On 6th July 2013, a train carrying 72 tankers of oil derailed and exploded in the town of Lac-Mégantic. The explosion killed 47 people and destroyed the town’s downtown core. The victims had to be identified by DNA samples and dental records. 6 people employed by MM&A train company are being charged for failing to ensure the train was properly braked before leaving it for the night.

Rana Plaza collapse:

It was 24th April 2013 when more than 1,100 workers died and about 2,500 were injured in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Since the garment factory collapsed. High street stores have been criticised. Criticised for allowing poor working conditions in the factory that produced garments for them. The collapse sparked controversy, and led to better safety conditions and increases in wages. Many people boycotted big high street brands as a result of this incident.

These disasters all go to show that health and safety is always paramount. And rules and regulations to protect workers should never go ignored. Had proper health and safety procedures been in place during these incidents. Countless lives could have been easily saved and spared any serious injury.
