If you want your site to be successful, you have to make your visitors happy. People expect to be able to use a site with ease and get what they want out of their visit. They don’t want to spend ages searching for what they need or be completely confused by your design. That’s where the importance of user experience comes in. You need to deliver an excellent user experience to your visitors to keep them coming back. Have a look at some of the essential elements you should have.

Understand Your Website Users

If you want to deliver a good user experience, you have to understand your users. Not everyone is the same, and you have to be aware of your audience. You should already have an idea of who your target market is. If you don’t know who is coming to your website, you need to work it out before you do anything else. You should think about the product or service you’re offering and who is attracted to it. However, it’s also important to consider the demographics of the people who actually visit your site. Sometimes your users aren’t who you think they are.

Match Their Behavior

Once you know who your users are, you need to understand how they behave. You should research how they interact with your website and with other sites too. Your objective is to map user flow to work out which areas of your site are most popular. Where do people click once they are on your landing page? Where do they go after that? You need to know about things such as whether they click around a lot of pages or keep returning to one page. Understanding these things helps you to create an intuitive and easy to use design.

Focus on Excellent Design

There are several elements of your website’s design that will affect its user experience. Having excellent information architecture and visual design will both improve the UX. If you want your website to be sleek and professional, you should hire web designers. Find a contractor who can focus on user experience and deliver a site that helps to make you money. Part of designing your website involves having the right content. Sometimes your content might stay largely the same, and other times it will get updated regularly. You need to deliver what your visitors are looking for and satisfy their expectations.

Are social media full of business links?

Did you notice that internet and social media is full of links which drive you to some business? Those links are without any value, and most probably rare people open such links.

There is really lot of this links on Twitter on Facebook and so on. This links which can take you to a “Lot of money without work” made really big damage to the Network marketing industry.

Did you know that one result of that kind a behavior is you cannot even pay an ad on Google if you want to promote Network Marketing. I even Heard Ray Higdon Said that YouTube shut down video channels which are involved in Network Marketing. Maybe that is changed but You Tube shut down Ray’s account.

In any case point of this story is that people who put links about their business everywhere make a huge damage to our industry. If we put this damage on the side. Spamming social media will not bring any new business to those people. Nothing, this only made damage to this beautiful industry.

All of those People have to learn the right way how to do Network Marketing business. Not, with spamming, not with forcing friends and family to join in the business. But, with creating relationship and good spirit arround our industry.

Learning

Network Marketing is a leadership business. So, everybody who would like to be successful in Network Marketing should learn leadership skills, everybody. Than it would be much easier to work for them and for everybody else. Anyway, you cannot force somebody in the business. First you have to know the person, to learn what are they problem and struggle. Then gave them solution to their problems. Not to give them solution which they do not need. Remember you can Bring a horse to the water, but you can’t force him to drink. Very simple! Find what horse need and give him that!

With spamming links every body feed us with something we do no want. It is not hard to learn a good way how to do it. Just take a look at this learning platform and things will change for you a lot. Even if you are a not spammer also it is good to learn new things!

Paid or organic traffic on Social Media

Internet Bring all different kind of possibilities. There is lot different social media platforms. Lot of, a really lot. You cannot work on so much social media platforms how many there is social media platforms.

So, we have a two ways how we can raise awareness that we are alive and here. One is organic way, another way is that we pay for advertising. Of course there is a third way which is a combination of those two.

Organic

To have lot of organic traffic is really great. It cost you nothing, except little work on and that’s it. So, this is fantastic! Normal thing is that everybody would like to have lot of organic traffic, but things do not go in that way.

There is too much people on social media that somebody may find you in all those crowd. The fact is that it is much easier to have big organic audience on some new social media, than on older ones like Facebook or Twitter. Paid

Situation with paying is little different. If you pay it is relative easy to have big traffic. In any case it is important to create ads in a right way. If you ever think about what will others say I am sure that after this story you will never again think about what others say.

If you are connected to other people opinion that for sure can ruin your business. It is not important what others say. They Will talk anyway Stupid things. I am 100% sure that after this story you will understand human nature more and not bother anymore with that what others talking.

Story

Once upon time there was mother, father and son. They travel with their mule. Father and mother were walking and little boy was sitting on a mule. They came to the village and People start talking.

“Look at that rude young man he is sitting on a mule and his poor parents walking, how rude he is”.

So, they decide to put a mother on a mule and father with a boy will walk. When they came to another village. People start to talk: “Look at her, is she some Queen or something? Her husband after hole Day of work and little son walking and she is sitting on the mule, what a lazy woman”.

Then father and mother decide that father will sit on a mule. So, they continue their travel and when they came to next village. People start to talk: “Look at that man he should take care about his family, he is sitting on mule and his poor wife and kid pulling the mule.

After that father and mother decide to all three be on the mule. When they came to another village. People start to talk: “Look at those three Stupid People! How can all three ride on mule’s back. They will kill the poor animal.”

After that they were already angry because, what ever they do it is never good. So, father and mother decide that no one will sit on mule. They will walk next to mule. When they came to next village. People start to laugh of them: “Look at those three idiots. They have a mule and they walk next to it. They are really Crazy!”

Point

The point of story is what ever you do. People will talk some Stupid things, whatever you do! So, it is doesn’t matter what People talk about. They Will always talk some Stupid things. Do what you think is good for you whatever somebody said about it.

Did you notice that mobile time is here. Everything regarding the internet you can do with your mobile phone.

So, most of the People now using their mobile phones for lot of different things.

You have internet, email, all possible app, games and so on. People using mobile phone everywhere. In bus, in-car in restaurant. Everywhere!

Since everybody is on mobile phone you have to be prepared and set your blog (if you have one) according to this new fashion. If you do not have blog I suggest you to made one. If you don’t know how to set up blog? You can do it in 3 minutes. Just take this course and you will do it very easy.

I Heard more and more People who Said that even they didn’t Open their computers since they have mobile phone with 4G. They just do not need computers any more.

We know what we have to do!

Network Marketing is let say easy business. Idea is simple, most of the plans are simple and that is great.

Interesting is that most people do not succeed in Network marketing. Did anyone ask themself why that is happening?

Why people do not succeed in Network Marketing business? They simple don’t do what they need to be done. The biggest tragedy is that people know what they have to do and still don’t do it.

That is very interesting, so we all have the knowledge but we do not use it. What is really strange.

So, if you want to have a great business you must have this three things in set. Not only you, your people must have the same. If you will have it only, than your people will all the time jump in and out of your business.

1. Believe in what you know

You must believe in what you know and what you are doing. If you will not believe than you will not do things what you must do. So, if you know what to do and do not believe in that you will not do it. Simple.

2. Daily motivation

We are all going thru different stress during our working days. So, our days can be very stressful and sometimes is hard to have straight focus on what we are doing. That is why we need daily motivation. For that you can use a mentor. Role of the mentor sometimes is not to teach you. Because you maybe know what you need to know. Job of a mentor could be to challenge you, to motivate you, to confront you!! Sometimes you need a good kick in the butt. Anyway, you need daily motivation like the food you eat every Day.

3. Consistent

If you believe in project, if you have daily motivation than most probably you will be consistent. But, just to make sure that you know this is very important. You can believe and be motivated, but if you do not do consistent work there is no way you will made it. Just like in anything else what you will do. It is the same for everything and every business. Just be consistent and result will come.

So Did you notice that know how to do it is not only thing what you need to be succesful. You need this three things more than knowledge. Thrust me on that.! You can’t lead people if you need them

Let’s go to leadership little

Since Network Marketing is a leadership business, you have to learn something about leadership. Just like John Maxwell would say Leadership is influence nothing more, nothing less. In Leadership you influence other people. That is the way also in Network Marketing.

In any people business there is different kind of people. So, to lead different kind of people you need to have some leadership skills. You do not have to be born leader because leaders are made not born. So, don’t worry since you are born you can be leader. Anybody can be a leader and almost everybody is. Because everybody makes some influence on somebody Right?

Do you need them?

To be a leader you must have followers. If you do not have followers than you are not leading anyone you are just taking a walk alone. So, you must have followers to be a leader, but you do not need them. On the other hand they need you!

Let me explain little this. When you lead people they need you, your help in their problems. Leaders are those who solving problems of other people, leaders are those who first going to fire and fight with all different kind of problems. If you need them, then some of them is a leader and you are follower.

Truth is that you cannot be a leader if you are not a follower. Because you also have to have a mentor who will lead you on your way. When you lead your people you handle their problems. You do not give your problems to them. btw. they even don’t care about your problems. They care about their problems and how to handle it. Even lot of leaders would think that you don’t have any problems. But reality is that everybody has problems that is normal in this world where we are living. To have more followers you have focus yourself on their problem and help them to solve it. Do not focus yourself on that you need more people, focus on problems they have and help them. Of course I do not mean that you give them the money and solve their money problem. I mean to help them in Network Marketing business.

To conclude you do not need them, but they need you to lead them in this nice journey which is called Network Marketing. Enjoy in beautiful Sunday!

Do you know how opportunity looks like?

Did you notice that some people always says that they had do this and that they had to do that. It is always talk about what they missed to do.

People always say I had to work with computers long time ago. If I start with computer long time ago I will be like Dell today. If I start with software long time ago I will be today like Bill Gates, If i started with… long time ago now I would have…

Did you notice that there is a lot of people who see opportunities when they already passed. If you are one of them than you are in real trouble. Do you know why?

Don’t look back

Because opportunities comes to you all the time. Do you notice that? Don’t be a person who looks back, because if you look back you will see only opportunities which are passed by you. Then this opportunities turn to some really great business, and you feel bad you didn’t take this opportunity. You have to look in front of you, so you can see opportunities which approach to you. Than you have to grab them and take them. If you will look at front you will not see this past opportunities and you will not feel bad about it.

Recognize Opportunity

First step is to look in front of you to see this opportunities which are coming in your way. Second step is to recognize them. They are coming undercover, so you think that it is not some big deal, but sometimes it is. Opportunity is hiding from you. But if you will look more in front of you, you will have more experience. That means that you will choose even bad opportunities. You will take it and find out that is not good. But with more experience you will take the right one and win in life.

Do not throw it away to soon

When you look at front, when you recognize opportunity first you have to work on it like crazy. Do not throw it away to soon. Most people do that, they find nice opportunity and they don’t work hard on it. They don’t put water on it, they don’t put opportunity on the sun and so on. Off course nothing will happen in that way, so they blame opportunity instead them self. If you go from opportunity to opportunity you will never done a good job. When you see her and recognize her, than stick with her until you succeed it.

Are you getting enough NO per day?

Network Marketing is let say easy business. Idea is simple, most of the plans are simple and that is great.

Interesting is that most people do not succeed in Network marketing. Did anyone ask them self why that is happening? Maybe they are, a maybe they didn’t.

Why People do not succeed in Network Marketing business? They simple don’t do what they need to be done. The biggest tragedy is that People know what they have to do and still don’ t do it.

That is very interesting, so we all have the knowledge but we do not use it. What is really strange. There is also lot of people who do what have to do. Just like Ray Higdon who goes everyday for 20 NO.

When he was going to get 20 NO per day, he was also received some yes. So, imagine that you have one person per day in your business. It is a dream of every network marketer!

Roadmap to success is very easy, just you have to go out and do it! If you are a person who likes more to be with some friends and have fun instead of work hard than you will have problems with your business. Start to work and things will change! If you more like to play Playstation, watch movies, watch sports and so on. You can forget about business.

Here is the simple roadmap to treasure!

1. Go get 10 No

Go out and get 10 No from people. You can also do that online. But be sure to get 10 times no per day! Remember Ray did it 20, so you can also do more than 10 times NO per day. Do not skip it, because consistency is important. Just put in your plan that you will get 10 times No!

2. Work with your new people

If you will not work with new people, you will lose them. So, work with them every day. Teach them how to start your business. Help them with what they struggle the most. Here you can see tips what to do with your new people.

3. Repeat the two above

Network Marketing is not nuclear science, it is not theory of universe it is Network Marketing business which create residual income and business which everybody can do.

4. Learn

Network Marketing is a Leadership business. You have to lead people. Do not be afraid, you do not have to be born leader to be a good leader! I mean to be a leader you have to be born, otherwise you cannot be a leader. But there is no such thing as “Born leader”, leaders are made. So, you have to be made yourself and learn how to be a leader. For that you can use best platform for creating leaders and it is MLSP go check it out. Go for No

Well this is my first book review. I like to read books and I have a Nice library which Will be even bigger over the time.

Reading books is very important thing and it is great way to learn, entertain and to become a better person.

Did you know that one research which made in jail showed that convicts which read books in jail start to be less wild and start to behave much better than those one which didn’t read nothing. So, reading is really great stuff. Also everybody says: “Leaders are readers”.

So, if you want to be leader you have to be reader! Simple and true. Now after we agreed that you must be a reader to lead. Now we can go on review of Go for No.

This book is written not only for People in Network Marketing it’s also easy to apply in sales jobs and every sales person can use it. Since in Network marketing people can also be in Sales business and usually we are. Because in most of the companies no body forbids to sale a products. You can also be in sales, earn some money. You can also be good in sales and in that way earn lot of money.

I Will try to write this review in a way that you jump and buy that book. Not in a way that you know what is inside. This review is here because of you. So, that you read this book. Not only to read it, but to do what book tell’s you inside to do. This is for your own good of course.

Anyway this fantastic book got lesson which you cannot imagine. I am sure that this approach which is written inside is new to you and that you Will be surprised when you read it. This book gave such a different approach. What kind of approach?

First question to you?

When a buyer comes to a store and buys a lot of stuff, sales person charge that and buyer leaves the store. What do you think in this situation. Did Sales person do a good Job when he sold his stuff for a big amount of money or not?

Second question

What do you think? Are you a good Network Marketer if you talk with a person, and person says no to you, so you then go home?

Third question

Do you think you have to hear yes and then be happy with what you do and accomplished? Or you think that No is also positive thing to hear?

How to be consistent with blog if you have zero time

If you are not full-time blogger

Lot of bloggers are not full-time bloggers. Lot of them have some full-time Job. So it is not always easy to be full-time in blogging sphere.

What is important regarding that? The most important thing is the manage your time perfectly. Perfect time management is very, very important. I mean you cannot manage time, but you can manage yourself in time what is left after you finish your daily work. First thing you have to know that your family should be the most important in this world. So, give time to your family first. Do not exclude them, then go to work. In that way you will have two benefit. Your family will be happy to spend some time with you after your daily job and you will have little break from any work. Because you cannot work whole day, you are not a machine. Even the machines breaks down from time to time.

I am telling you it is impossible to work whole day everyday. You need rest. Because you would think that you are working but in reality you will only pretending to work, or you think that you work, but time goes in some things which you are not even aware of. So, you have to watch out for that. This will take your time for nothing. It is better to rest little than attack the work again.

Planing

Another important thing is it have excellent plan what will you do. Because you do not have whole Day. You have only half a Day and sometimes even less than half a Day. So, plan it very, very good.

You have to know what will you do and how long does it takes to do it.

Choose the time when you will do the planing. For some people is better to plan in the morning for others it is better to plan in the evening. You choose when and plan your Day. Do what you plan and you will get better and better.

Learning

If you have any kind of business you have to invest time in learning new things. You have to learn anyway, but to have a blog you must even start to learn more and grow much faster than usually would you do. So, use at last 30 Minutes per Day for learning new things. I am sure that in that case you have to put out from daily routine some of your fun activities like drinking coffee with friends and loosing time on some beers.

Anyway if you would like to have a great blog. You have to learn something about it. You cannot have great blog just like that. You need education about it. 3 things you must do with new people

Leadership for begginers

When you start to work in you new Network Marketing Company. You are excited, you are fired up! You are working like Crazy! You are using products from your Company and you are excited about those products.

Now you are working Machine which are going like Crazy and recruiting all over the place. So, you have few People in your business. What to do now with them?

They are also happy and fired up about Company and fantastic opportunity. What to do now?

There are 3 things which you must do with beginners.

1. Training for beginners

This is mandatory. As soon as possible you have to set a training for a new people. If you want that people run around chasing other people without any knowledge about Network marketing business. Than you are crazy. Because result will be that they will not recruiting anybody. Another problem is that people will explain to your man that he is in some stupid Network business which is not working anyway. So, first they must be on training for beginners. They must know how to do it right!

2. Training about products

Training about products is very important. Your people must know how to use products, and what to say about it. Most of the new people will know nothing about products, so they need to learn. If you are in business with health products. Your people must know something about products. Common thing is that people when join to Network marketing company usually say that their product is some kind of magical one which will help everybody to become healthy, but that is not the case. You have to teach them what they can say, and what they cannot say.

3. Give them home work

You have to give them home work. It is much better they learn at home until they know something than to run around and talking bullshit’s and forcing people to join their company. Maybe they will be very fast and they will put links all over the internet about this great opportunity. Watch out for that. It is better to give them home work to learn something. Then you can let them to talk around.
