Today we will go with different personalities of people. There is a lot of different ways and different tests on characters of people. There is some deeper and analyses and not so deep, but combination of this four personalities groups it is pretty easy to recognize.
We have:
Sanguines – This personalities like to socialize, chat, having fun and so on. They are pretty good friends and those types enjoy a lot of people around them. usually they do the talking and sometimes they are very loud. They are very friendly and nice, but sometimes they don’t do the work which they needed to do. They are trying to popular and enjoying in that position.
Choleric – This type is people who are very productive. They want to be in charge, also they made decisions very fast. They are hard-working without too much smile on their face. They don’t have time for smiling, only for working. Sometimes they are to tough for other people. Specially in Network marketing they can loos lot of people because they don’t have enough empathy for people.
Phlegmatic – This type is relaxed and not too much worry about anything. usually they do not made any decisions and they work the best in peaceful environment. They have a nice humor, but they are not very hard workers. They mostly enjoy the time not to upset anybody. Sometimes they upset Choleric types with their indifferent way of working things. If you want to sign up a Phlegmatic than you will have to decide instead of him/her.
Melancholy – This types are perfectionist. They analyze a lot. Usually those types are the most intelligent, but sometimes are too much depressed. They like to get things done perfect. With too much analyze they are loosing time on thinking is it good or not good. While other do it, Melancholy personality thinking. They will ask you hundred questions and then they will think should I sign up or not.
Anyway all of us are mixed of this four personalities, but two personalities it is easier to notice in everybody. Usually we are:
There is no bad or good type of personalities, but we are all different. When you talk to people it is good that you know with who do you talk and the way how to talk.
With Choleric you have to be hard and challenge him or her. Said to him: “You cannot do it anyway” will have most effect on him.
With Sanguines just you have to said: “It will be fun, there is a lot of people”
With Phlegmatic you have to said: “Come on let’s go, don’t stand here like a doll” and they will go with you.
With Melancholy you have to give them time to think about everything, to see good side and bad side. Show them all the details, because they will need it to make any decision.
Watch the people and try to solve in first few minutes what type of personality they are and then talk with them in the way they like it and need it. You will see how things will change for you also.

The most important thing in any business is knowledge. You cannot do any work if you don’t know nothing about it. I mean you can, but you will not have any success. When people join in MLM business, they think they know how to do it. But very soon they find out that they don’t know nothing about Network Marketing.
Lot’s off them never find out that they are the problem, not MLM. For them Network Marketing is not working, sponsor is stupid and this business is also stupid. Reality is that any business you have to learn to do it successful. Communication is core Network Marketing technic, and most of the people are not so good in basic people skill, communication.
All of them don’t have right knowledge how to communicate, how to make good approach to the people and other technic which are important to be successful in Network Marketing.
In Network Marketing you will notice few different categories of people.
For you most important thing is to know how to work with all of them. But, before any work you have to recognize this different types of persons. In the next blog I will talk about four different personalities which exist and you have to learn how recognize them.

Friend of my said how he bought very cheap and great TV. How fantastic is, how smart is that TV. I mean he talked bout it like it was pure gold. He talked half an hour about this fantastic and great TV. But reality is completely different.
He didn’t buy a cheap TV, he bought the very expensive thing for him. Very, but he didn’t realise how much cost him watching TV. That is the real cost, not the price for a big flat plastic box. That is cheap. Expensive is to watch it.
Statistic said that people who watch a lot television is poor.
Question is, do you want to be poor?
Statistic said that people who watch a lot television are fat.
Do you want to be fat?
Statistic said that people who watch a lot of television are not very smart.
Do you want to be stupid?
So, it is very understandable regarding the statistic if you watch a lot of television you will be poor, fat and stupid. Tell me who needs that?
Take a control of your life and stop watching TV, change that time for learning. It is much better to invest time and money in learning than to watch TV.
Do you want to get back to statistic?
Statistic said that the most succesful people don’t watch TV. If they watch at screen that it is learning trainings for that what they do. Succesful people don’t watch reality show, soaps, and other things what don’t have value. Some of them don’t even watch the news.
If you will stop watching TV you will see how much time you have for other things which makes you happy and positive instead of watching TV which makes you poor, fat and stupid.
Say bye, bye to TV.

PAINTING THE PICTURE
IN THEIR HEAD!!
I know you will said to me now. What I am talking about? What kind of painting? Did you ever ask your self why would someone join in your business? There are outside thousands of different business and lot of them searching for a great workaholic like you to. So, main thing is to picture them image of what they will had with your business.
They don’t need image of your business. Because they would not like it anyway. Picture them how they life could look like with your opportunity. Picture them what they will have after they do the job and how their life will look like.
But, there is always one but. First you have to find out what they would like, what is their problem at the moment. Because everybody would like to have perfect life, big house which has swimming pool nice cars, clothes and so on. Everybody! Most of them think they cannot do that. If you show them big houses, cars and all that they probably will not join you. Reason is they don’t beleve in them that they can do it. So, they will not join your business.
What you have to do. Is to find out what trouble them now today. Don’t picture them dreams which looks impossible to them at the moment. Picture them image of solution for their problem right now. For that you have to ask them what troubles them? With a simple questions.
So after this few questions you know what you have to do. You know that they need money, don’t like their work. Most probably they don’t like their boss. Because everybody get a job in some company because of company and never quit company because of company but because of somebody in company, usually their boss.
We know that they don’t want to live like that and they need a change.
Simple everything what they said you just give them back. You simple said to them that you have a good opportunity a good business. Which they can start to do and in a few months they can earn more money , quit their job (better to say boss) work for them self with more money and drastically change their live. Well, now he is interested. You set half a puzzle to him. Here we go on another part of puzzle to picture him a full image.
Most of the people is not creative. Maybe they were before but after complete schooling they are not anymore. So, don’t expect they will find out by them self how to start and to work successful your MLM business. You have to show them step, by step what they have to do and how to do it. Try to use same way as your sponsor so you can create duplication, because duplication is most important in this business. Without good duplication you don’t have a business, you have lot’s of people who don’t know what they are doing.
Show them step, by step how do you doing your business. In my MLM we have a system which works, system which goes step by step with a new member. The most important thing is that system is the same for everybody who joins your business. Of course important thing is that this system works. If system don’t works than is the same like you don’t have any system.
Now you have new member which is excited and start to follow the system. Than means that you done a great job in painting him or her a picture of new life and your business. Congratulation you are really great! New man have a great image of himself in a new house with a new car and happy life on the beach. He start to work like crazy, get few no and his image of new house, new car, beach start to fading. When he receives even more NO, image is fading even more.
Now is your turn to teach him how to make his image alive with all the colors of his house and brand new car, enjoying his life at home with wife and kids.

If you are longer in MLM than you will know what I am talking about. This 5 – Ways how to set yourself to never quit Network Marketing Business share with your people in the first month of their business if you would like to keep most of them.
1. You must know that everything starts with you. Your Network Marketing business starts with you. In the beginning when you sign up there is nobody under you. You are alone! In the same time you are the most important person in the business.
I know that MLM is business where you have to talk a lot with other people, but most important talk which you will have during MLM business is what you talk to yourself. Don’t tell me that you don’t talk with yourself when I know that you talk with the people in the car in front of you if stopping on green light! Number one goal is to stay positive no matter what. How? Read on.
2. Read! If you were never some of the reader now start to read. You don’t have to read whole day, but commit yourself to read at least ten pages of book or some other article. What kind of books you have to read? Read books which are talking about MLM business, positive mental attitude, self-development books and articles. No, meter what happens during the day, how up or down you are , read this ten pages. Every time this will lift you up and put you again on your track. It will give you hope, and how John Maxwell said: «Hope in the future gives you power today». We live in the negative world and to be productive you need a positive attitude. With reading you will keep it. If you said that you don’t have time , put your book in the toilet and I am telling you, few pages you will read without loosing any time.
3. Cut the negativity. As I said we live in the negative world. Cut the whole negative things which can influence you. Television, instead of television watch video testimonials of other people who make it in MLM business. If they can do it, you can also. Newspaper, radio, your boss. Ok, probably you cannot cut your boss, but try it. Did you notice that news bring only negative things what happens somewhere in the world and you cannot influence on that. The only thing you can influence is your life. But if you watch what happens in the other part of the world you will feel bad and start to be negative. Negative feeling makes you unproductive, specially in MLM business. Any news which you need to know you will find out anyway. Your friends and family will inform you about anything you have to know and even more. Thrust me on that. Watch out for negative people who are around you. Sometimes your good friends can be very negative and discourage you. Question is who need such a friends? If you have them, than you don’t need enemies. Cut such a friends.
4. Make your car your university. You heard that before and it can be done easily. In your car you probably listen music. Now start to listen while you are driving educative material. Motivating material, something what will lift you up. Some material from which you can learn new ideas and tactics in your MLM business. In that way you will be relaxed in-car when it will be rush hour. Because you are not loosing time, you are learning. I know that most of you are not auditive people. I am also not, but to listen and pick up everything from this audio which you will listen, you need to listen it minimally 16 times. Yes you see it right 16 times you have to listen it. Also to spare your time you can listen same materials when you are exercising.
5. Change yourself fast. Nobody can change you, only you can do that. Do it fast. It is no use if you learn new things and never use it. In MLM you will make a lot of mistakes. Theory of stupidity is when you doing same thing and expecting different result. When you do mistake, try not to repeat it. Learn, and what you learn new , implement as soon as possible. There is no sense to learn, read, listen, and do everything else if don’t apply new things which you learned. Learn and apply now.
This 5 ways will help you to be on the right track. Even if you are not producing results in the moment. MLM is marathon and to stay on it apply this five rules. Share it with your downlines to keep them up and on the track also. New people when get in MLM business they are excited. But after few conversations with their friends and families, they are down. Special the reason is that new people don’t know nothing about this business. They need time to learn. Most of them quit before they learn anything. They easy forget the dream and passive income when loose their faith in MLM business. There are three the most important words in Network Marketing business and all top earners use it. Just Don’t Quit! Use this 5 tactics and you will not quit!
