Attitude is everything

There are a lot of people who fails in their lives. There is also lot of people who do nothing with their lives. there is also people who try to do something but they have a bad attitude. you can have the best idea in the world, you can be in the best business in the world, but if you have bad attitude than you are in real problem. Here you can see 3 ways how to change bad attitude.

1. Aware

You cannot change attitude if you think you have good attitude, you must be aware of it. This first part is the hardest one. If you are not aware of bad attitude you cannot go to second step. This is the first and most important step to continue your progress.

2. Learn it

You have to learn how to have good attitude. Somebody will say that this is wrong, and that you have good or bad attitude. But things are never only black or white. There is some other colors also. So, you have to learn what is a good attitude in which situations in life. That you can learn from top earners and from books which talks about this topic. But the fact is that you can learn it.

3. Do it

When you are aware and you learn how to act in different kind of situation’s. When you know how winners do it, when they continue, when they quit. When you know all that. Than you have to do it. But not only once. You have to do it more times. You have to live your new way of thinking and do it in that way.
Different situation’s request different attitude. So, if you hitting with your head in the wall, than it is a bad attitude to continue to do it. Good will be that you see you are hitting with your head in the wall and then you move away from that wall. Anyway you have to work on your attitude whole your life. The better you work on it. Life will be easier for you.

3 reason why you have to be consistent

If you ever think why consistency is important here is 3 reason to know for sure why you have to be consistent.

Lot of people talk about consistency, and everybody knows that it is important in any business. What ever you, you have to do it every day. Even if you have a job than you go to your job every day. Right? Or maybe you go on your job when you feel that you might work a little? So, to be consistent is important. But consistency in blogging is very,very important. Here is 3 Reason for that.

1. With consistency you will get noticed

If you are very consistent. Than lot of people will notice you. If you write your blog once per week. Than you will have no big audience, if you do it once a month, than it will be worse. People will notice you if you do it all the time and it takes time to notice you. They will not notice you if you write a blog few weeks than stop for a month, than again write something. They will notice you if you are consistent.

2. SEO will improve

Search Engine Optimizer is very important for your blog to somebody see it. If you want to have a better ranking on search engines. Than you have to write blogs at least 5 times per week or your ranking will go down. Very easy you can check your ranking on Alexa it is free and there you can measure your progress. You will notice that if you are not working on your blog, ranking goes down. When you start to work again ranking goes up. That’s why is very important to have consistency in your blogging.

3. Practice will made you better

One thing is for sure, practice will make you better. What ever you do in your life, you notice that the more you do, you are better. The same thing is also with blogging. The more you write, makes video’s you are getting better and better. So, all what you have to do to be better is be consistent. Even if you are now the worst blogger in the world. Your first twenty blogs will be maybe bad, but then with practice you will be much better and better.

So, consistency can help you a lot in your business and blogging. I am sure that there is more reason why to be consistent, but this three will give you the right picture why you should have blog at least five times per week.

Reputation is all you have in Network Marketing

People who are in people business must know that they have to think about only one and the most important thing. That is a reputation.

I mean it is important in any other business, don’t have to be “people business” or network marketing. But in some other business if you not so good person you can hide and no one will notice that you are not such a good person.

Are you good person?

What I mean “Not a good person”. Well there is some things which makes you a good or bad person.

So you are good if:

1. Telling the truth
2. You are responsible
3. You are not cheater

You are bad if you are opposite from this what I wrote here. So, if you are a liar, cheater and so on you will have a bad reputation. When you have bad reputation, than you will not attract people. People will run away from you. Even if you think that a small lie which you said will never be problem. Trust me it will!

Special in Network Marketing reputation is all what you have. If you lost your reputation, you lost your business. Very simple! Somewhere else you can trick people maybe few times. Of coarse word would spread around that you are not reliable person, but it will not have such an impact like in network marketing. In network marketing everybody will know in one week that you are a bad person.

What will happen than? Everybody will start to avoid you. Some of them would like to be sure that you are a bad person. Them you can cheat again, but after that you will have nobody near you. One thing is for sure, you will have no business anymore. Everything will start to fall down like the big castle from cards.

In that case your business life will be in very bad condition. So, for what you must watch the most? Your reputation. This is the most valuable thing when we are talking about branding. If you brand yourself and you are not a good person. Than you will have a big problems. The good news is that if you were a bad person until now. You and only you can change that and become good person. Your bad reputation from the past may slow your progress, but reputation you can change.

If you were:

1. Lie – now you can start telling the truth
2. late – now you can be everywhere on time
3. cheat  – now you can be honest
4. irresponsible – now you can be responsible
5. rude with people – now you can be nice to people

You made decision how you will act and react. You are responsible for your action and any action which you made have consequences. Your reputation is depends on your action. So, be careful what you will do. It could cost you a lot or benefit you a lot.

People joins network marketing every day. There is no doubt about that. We are witness of everyday growing network marketing business arround the world. So, people joins that is for sure. Here you will see 3 reason why they do it. Why they choose network marketing.

1. People joins people

When you are employee searching for a job. Most of the time you are looking companies where to submit your offer for a job. So, you join the company because company is good. Interesting is that people who quits from good companies, quits because of one person, not because of company.

In Network marketing is different, people joins because of people. So, if you want that people joins your company than you have to be attractive person.

2.  They are promised freedom

What freedom means. It means that you can have your free time to do what ever you want and enough money to support such a lifestyle. Ok, if somebody promise that to them, they didn’t lie. It is true, but they also must know that they have to work like crazy for at least five years to achieve freedom. Not few months. Everybody talks about nice and beautiful life, but nobody talks about reality. If they join because of freedom. They must know that they have to work very hard to achieve freedom. There is no free freedom, there was never in the past and never will be.

3. They want fast money

There is never enough of good luck and money. People joins network marketing because they thing they will raise very fast big money. That is true, but not like they think. It will not happen after few months. It will after few years.

People who joins because of fast money in network marketing very fast quit. Reason is simple, there is no fast money in network marketing. Network marketing is leadership business and everyone who would like to succeed in that business need to have and learn leadership skills. Without it they will not be successful.

At the end most of the people joins network marketing from a good reason, but are not committed to learn and work to achieve it. Basic problem is most of compensation plans which promise fast and easy money. Presenters which promise also fast money and freedom. But no body says that you have to work like crazy to get it. That is the reason why lot of people are disappointed with network marketing.

Biggest problem is that somebody told them that it will be easy. To succeed is not easy, it is hard and only those who are ready to do the hard work can be successful. Very simple!

Some say that Facebook is the biggest and the best one social media. But we have also different others platforms which are also great and there is also lot of different people who would like to be socialized. Twitter is one of them. I know that Twitter is not so popular in Europe like Facebook is. But for that there is no good reason. Here you will see why you should use Twitter also same as Facebook.

It is the best way to have few social media strategies which are goes together. Of course you can find it for your self, but great ones are Twitter and Facebook.

There is 320 million people and there is per month 1 billion people visit Twitter. This information are from December of 2015. at this moment there is much more people on Twitter. For sure this people are there to socialize, but also we can be interceptors who will intercept them and show them better future and how to work in a different way in their life.

Crowdfire is a free software where you can make automatic message when someone follow’s you. He sends your message automatic. You do not have to do it every time. So, in that message you can say thank you for following and put some link to your blog or maybe to your Facebook page. Just to connect with people on more social media.

2. You will not going to Twitter jail

Twitter is good because you will not go so easy in some kind of jail, like Facebook have and use. It will not shut down account if you offer some products on Twitter. Anyway I do not suggest to offer directly products there because it hurts your business. On Twitter you can be more free than on let say Facebook. Now people are scared on Facebook because all the time somebody gets in jail and cannot use their profile. So, you can free contact people and have a nice conversation with them, without thinking of suspending. Just watch out on that you do not follow 100 people in one day. Then they will shut you down.

3. Use Twellow

What is Twellow. This is free software which is connect to Twitter and in this software you can find people who are in your niche. Let say you would like to connect with people who are in Network Marketing you can easy put in Twellow search Network Marketing and it will list you down all people on Twitter who are in Network Marketing. Also you can use that for any other niche and easy connect with people from your niche. This will save you a lot of time and effort to connect with right people.

What to do when coffee is not working anymore?

If you are in  online Network Marketing and maybe still working on your job. Than you will have days when you will be tired like hell.

You will drink coffee and coffee, you probably drink so much coffee that you think you are crazy. Ok, coffee will not hurt you, at least all research show that.

But what when coffee is not working any more and how you will know when your coffee is not working? Check this signs and react fast so, you will not lose time.

1. Watching

when you find yourself that you just watch some pages online. Watch statuses on Facebook’s, that you are not doing anything. You are probably tired. Tired to do something quality things. So, you are just watching and thinking that you are working, but you are not working you are only watching.

2. Don’t have concentration

if you notice that is even hard for you to read text than you are also in problem. Because you are so tired that it is hard to concentrate on the text which you are reading. You will notice that very easy, this will lose your time a lot. Because to understand simple text you will have to read it several times.

3. Pain in your back

If you feel pain in your back. This is your chair saying hi to you. So, watch for that. Back pain means that you are sitting to long on that chair. If you feel back pains after sitting of one hour in your chair than you must change that chair and find a better one, or your back will give you pain.

Coffee is not working anymore, your signs are here and you are tired. What to do?

 1. Sweets

If your coffee is not working and it is not late, than you eat a really bad food. You like eating sweet food in front of your computer. Just little chocolate or some other sweets? Well this will raise your blood sugar and then insulin will drop it down. Low blood sugar will make you feel tired and sleepy. So, combination of coffee and sugars are bad in front of your computer while you are working.

2. Alcohol

Just one glass of wine for a good health will put you down. If you like wine a lot than drink it after you done everything. If you drink it before you go to your computer it will only melt you down. You will not be sharp and good. So, if you would like to be successful in Online Network Marketing forget alcohol.

3.  Real tired

if you are really tired, without of consuming alcohol, or too much bad food and sweets. Than you are tired for real. All above are fake tiredness. Arnold Swarzenegger said that if you would like to be successful you have to learn to sleep fast.

How to sleep fast? I was thinking about it a long time. If you sleep let say for a six hours per day. That will be ok. I know it is not easy, but try it for a few weeks and you will see that your body will get used to it.

Another thing regarding the fast sleeping is really trying to sleep fast. So, when you are tired and you have still work to do. Than you set your alarm on 15 minute and try to make a little nap. It is not important that you sleep, not need to. Just have closed easy for a 15 minutes. It is very important to not sleep longer than 15 minutes because you could not wake up and you will be even more tired.

15 minutes of nap will make you feel good enough to work at least next two hours. Of course if you will not eat and drink alcohol and sweets. Try to keep sugar level in your blood on the same level, without jump or down. In this way you will do more and feel much better.

YouTube or Vimeo? Which one is better?

In online network marketing video is one important thing. To tell you honestly I have to improve that and prepare more videos for this blog. but for now thats’s the way it is.

To host a video on your blog is not such a great idea. Because we have a lot of different places where we can upload video and put it on our blog. That is better than to host it on your blog.

How to choose which video hosted is better. There is two most popular.  Host place for your video.

1. Youtube

YouTube is very popular and everybody likes them. The biggest advantages is that it is free. Another one is that owner of you tube is Google. So, if you have upload video on YouTube than this video will google much easier find than if you host on any other video hoster.

There is one more advantage of YouTube. If english is not your native language and you have sometimes translate english and put titles it is also free and very easy to do.

Problem on YouTube is that every time you upload video, you tube have idea to make any correction and video is not that good as it looks like on your computer. I am sure that you notice that. And than you made some corrections and so on.

There was also reports that if you get flagged a lot than you YouTube channel can be terminated. So, if you based all of your marketing on you tube you can very easy be shut down. I am sure that is not your goal.

If you are beginner in network marketing that YouTube is great and if you need translation titles than is also great. I suggest you to use it.

Also I suggest you to use plugin “Hide YouTube related videos” this plugin will remove all relates video which showed up after your video is finished. If people see something interesting of one of those related video, then they will go away from your blog somewhere else and you lose this person. So, watch out about it.

2. Vimeo

On the other side we have Vimeo. Vimeo is very popular because lot of reason. Biggest advantage is when you have upload video on Vimeo, you can set it up like it is your own video host. You can turn of Vimeo sign, you decide will you able option for people to share or not. You can also decide will this video be able to open in big screen or no. So, there is a lot of different options to set up.

One great thing is when you upload video on Vimeo than this video looks great just like it was on your computer. You can set up different resolutions, ok you can do that on YouTube also.

Vimeo is for more advanced users looks better and people like it, but if you want to upload video on Vimeo it is also free, but i would suggest you to pay for Vimeo Plus. It is not so expensive and you can have  all the great options.

At the end which one to choose? Which one is better? Vimeo or YouTube.

There are differences, but I will suggest that you use both. Since YouTube will automatically showed up better ranked on Google, it is great to have YouTube channel. On the other hand it is better to have Vimeo hosted video on your blog. Combination of that two will made a good job for you.

If for some of strange reason which happens from time to time somebody turn off your YouTube channel you still have all this videos on Vimeo. So, upload it on both and use it both. You can have this Periscope training to take a learn little how to make a good video. So, you can use also Periscope in your Marketing!

Magazine for Network Marketing?

Network Marketing exist for a very long time and during that time it was a lot of ups and downs regarding Network Marketing and such kind of business. Usually it was because of people who didn’t have any success in it and they were disappointed.

Problem is never in Network Marketing problem is always in people who are not ready to work and not ready to do what have to do in Network Marketing.

I am in Network Marketing business for a last 20 years with also up’s and down’s, but I am here. To tell you the truth I never until now see that somebody have Network Marketing magazine. There is ton’s of different magazines on market. There are tons of different marketing only on one subject. Like let say make-up or car magazines. But for Network Marketing I didn’t see it.

Finally there is Network Marketing magazine. Founders of his excellent magazine are Alisa and Christopher Hussey. They do a fantastic job.  It is called Ntwrkmag and you can see it if you click here I am sure that this is one excellent idea. Why is that? Here you can see three reason why is Network Marketing magazine important for everybody.

1. Magazine makes it more serious

If you have magazine on any topic, than this topic makes it important. One we have Network Marketing magazine what makes our business more serious. When we sign up our new member in our business we can share with him Network Marketing magazine. So, he/she will see that lot of other people do it and that they are successful. What is very important for our business. That is why it is called Network Marketing. It is marketing and we have to market our niche in every possible way.

6 ways how to have a good duplication

The most important thing in Network Marketing is duplication. Without duplication there is no Network Marketing. If you do not duplicate system, then your business will go down very fast. The key thing in any company compensation plan is to find new persons, which will find new persons and so on. Everybody should do the same thing. In any compensation plan everything looks great, nice and perfect, but in reality sometimes it is not that easy.

If you do not find any new person, than you do not have Network Marketing business, then you are sales person, what is also great. But here we are talking about Network Marketing, not sales.

You found few people and they know that they have to find few people also, but they do it in their own way. That is really bad for your business. What exactly means duplication? Duplication is when you have a system which everybody can follow and work with it in the same time.

There are different things what you can duplicate and I will present you those things, but not all things are good.

There are good things to duplicate and bad things which will not make your business better, only worse.

1. System

Duplication works only if you duplicate system. What does that mean? That means everybody who is in Network Marketing business have to follow same system. Just like in Franchise business. Everybody must follow same system. Did  you ever seen a different McDonald’s Hamburger? No, because every were you go on this planet, McDonald’s hamburger is the same. Everywhere on the whole world. Maybe it is not the best hamburger, but it is the same everywhere. It must be, or owner will lose licence for McDonald’s.

Duplication of system makes business successful in every Network Marketing company. Company is not so much important, but duplication is. Because if you will have a company which doesn’t have any system, that company will have problems.

2. System must be already prepared

When a new person joins to your business, you must have everything ready. Whole system must be already set up and prepared so every person in the Network marketing knows what to do from the very first step. So, when person joins in Network Marketing company, she must know what to do and use the same things as her sponsor or mentor does. Also, she must see that here you have a system, and must be explained that she have a system which is successful, and only thing what she must do, is to follow it. If a new person sees that there is a mess, and one day is like this, and next day something different, than she will quit. She will not quit company, she likes company and product. She will quit business when she sees that there is a mess in this business. Do you want to see one system which works great?

3. Simple

It is pretty hard to duplicate very complicated things. So, your system must be simple. Something what is easy to duplicate.  When you have a lot of people in your business and if you have very complicated system, only few people will know how to handle it and follow it. System must be that simple that everyone can master it. Same people with high school and people with college, younger and older, everybody.

4. People

There is some mistakes what people do. People try to duplicate people or they want others to duplicate them. You cannot duplicate yourself. Maybe you can , but not in Network Marketing. Because there is a lot of different people.

The most important thing is that you, as a person, are complicated, very complicated. Maybe you are simple for yourself, but you are very complicated for others. So, to duplicate you as a person or that you duplicate somebody else it is the impossible mission. Anyway, you cannot be somebody else. It is the best for you to be yourself, others are already taken.

5. Ego

Your ego could be a big problem to your Network Marketing business. Some people put their ego in front of their business and then they lose business. What is happening is that they do everything by them self. They present and show plan, they talk with everybody. They also do the training, and they teach no one how to present and how to teach others. They would like to be the big boss. They can be, but for a very short time. If you want to do anything by yourself, than only in the beginning everything will be fine.

Because in the beginning you will have few people to work with. But, later on, you will have a lot of people and you will not have time to work with everybody. So, there is no chance for you to make a big business. Because you can work only with certain number of people. In that case, you will get few new people, and few others would quit. People will change, but number of active people will be the same.

To have successful duplication, you have to let go of your ego and start to teach other people how to present, how to do the training so they can work with their group also. You have to create new leaders. To be able to create new leaders, you have to let go your ego. Put in on the side and show people the way how to become a leader.

6. Reinventing the wheel

One of the biggest mistake people that people are doing, is to try the reinvent wheel. Well, you know wheel and hot water already exist. So, there is no need to invent it again, if you have a system which works good.  One thing is for sure. Those who will try to do something else, will quit very soon. Not only that, people who join with them will also quit very soon. Why? Because they will try to do something what somebody else tried already long time ago, and found out that this what they are trying to do is not working. After that, they try to change something, but it will be too late.

If you have system which works, stick to it and do not change anything, not even one single thing. Just follow the system which works. Teach others to do the same and  this will be your ticket to freedom!

Dream Big!

The biggest reason why people are not successful and why they are struggle in life is that they don’t think they deserve it. People think that being successful is for somebody else. Not for them. They are happy with what they have and that’s it. With that kind of thinking there is no way to be successful in anything. How Henry Ford said long time ago. “If you think cannot or if you think you can, you are right in any way”. So, it is up what you thinking. So, shoot to the moon and if you mis you will land among the stars. Very simple! Here you will see 5 reason why you should dream big.

1. What you see is what you get

This is very interesting and true. What you will see in your head that you will get. If you see your self as a poor guy or girl then you will be poor. It is very simple. But, if you see yourself as a very successful person than you will be successful. Of course things are not so easy like it seems, but you will get what you see. In the mean time you will have your up’s and downs that is normal. But at the end you get what you see.

2. Why not?

Tell me one reason why not to dream big? Is it cost you anything? Will you feel bad if you dream big? What bad will happen if you will dream big? Nothing, but what could happen if you dream big. It could happen that this dreams become reality. That could happen! You don’t have nothing to lose. So, why not dream big!

3. You will feel better

If you dream big you will feel much better than if you do not dream big. So, try this! Try to think for a 20 seconds on something bad. You did? How do you feel? Probably bad. Now start to think on something great for a 20 seconds. And? How do you feel now? You see? It is very simple. If think about something good, you feel good, if you think about something bad. You feel bad. So, dream big and you will feel much better!

4. If you dream big, you will work big

If you dream big all the time. Than you will automatically start to looking for a way how to achieve what you dream about. It is very simple. So, than you will start to work better, faster, you will have new ideas and try to manage it somehow. People who do not think big, they are not very active. They do not expect to much out of their life. They watch television whole day and they are not some hard-working people.
