Seeds

I am pretty sure that you know the law of the state where you live in. If you do not know the law, at least you know what you can do and what is forbidden to do. That is why we have laws. Some say that law is here to braking it. Maybe for them, but that not finish good for them.

I know some laws which you cannot brake and works the same every time. I learned from Jim Rohn. What is very interesting this laws exist as world exist and they didn’t change it never. And that is the law of nature. Nature works the same every time, you cannot change it, you cannot brake it. Only thing is learn it and work according it.

So, what is that mean for us in Network Marketing? How can we apply it? It means very simple things. If you plant a seed it will grow a plant. So, what we have to do? We have to plant a seeds.

How to plant a seed effectively?

I know that some of you said that you talked with 10 or 20 people and nothing. I know that. You plant, but your seed did fall in the ground, but nothing happened. I know that you plant and your seed was eaten by the birds. I know that happened to you. But look at the farmers, what they do? They go to the field and take care for their seed.

Let say that you have your friend John. He had to come to the meeting and he is not there. You call him to ask him why he didn’t come and he said. Well, my friend is told me that this is Network Marketing and I will not be there. So, you start to chase that friend of his who told him that and you will left the field with your seeds. For sure birds or somebody else will eat your seeds. Do not leave the field with your seeds ones you put them in the ground. This is very simple. Take care for your seeds, anyway you will lost a few by the birds or somebody else. Without few you can continue, but if you lost every seed, than you are in trouble.

Where to plant?

If you will walk around and talk that this ground is bad and this one is good or some parts of ground is good and some bad. You will never grow your plants. Never! You have to trow your seeds all over the ground everywhere, here and there. Because your seed will catch somewhere and somewhere not. So, put your seeds every where. Do not think, put it everywhere.

Important thing

You would maybe like that from every seed you have a plant. I know that, but to tell you the true that is not possible, no way. if you trow enough seeds you will have some plants, but not from the all your seed. Now it is very important that you take care for the best little plants which goes out of the ground. Since you cannot take care for all of them, some of them will die. You have to take care only for the best ones and make sure that nothing happen to those plants. If you would work like that and if you would watch for a laws of nature you will made a good job in Network Marketing.

5 Levels of Leadership

Leadership is very important role in any business. Today maybe the most important. Truth is that today it is easier than ever to be successful. But if you want to succeed you need for sure Leadership skills, in any business not only in Network Marketing.

There is a lot of book about Leadership. I think that every book is great, for sure some are better than others, there is one book which is really great! That is 5 Level of Leadership from John C. Maxwell

Maxwell explains how five level of Leadership can change your perspective on Leadership. I will in short make an explanation for you of this five levels.

1. Position

This can be applied in any business, also in Network Marketing. So, if you are a somebody upline that doesn’t mean that your downline have to listen to you. Maybe it will, because you are a upline but if you stay only on this first level of Leadership. You will not have too much followers. You must go to a second level, since people don’t have to listen to you because you have “position” and you are their upline.

2. Relationships

On this level people follow you because you made a good relationship with them. Well, this you have to earn, you cannot have that with your position. Now, on this level people follow you because of your relationship with them. If you do not have any relationship with your people then your are on first level of Leadership. So, make a relationship with your people. It will put you on a higher level of your Leadership with them.

3. Productivity

This level you have also earn. You must be productive. People follow productive people. Special when they also would like to be productive. Interesting thing is that if you want to go on higher level you must hold the level before. So, if you want to go to third level than you must be a upline, have a good relationship with your people and you must be productive. You cannot be only productive and be on level 3 of Leadership. You have to have two levels before also.

4. Creating a new leaders

This is very important and great level. Here you create new Leaders, with this position, you made a great future for your self. Because in Network Marketing you must have leaders to be free. If you do not create leaders in your downline, than you do not have a good duplication and you do not have a healthy Network Marketing business. Their success is yours also. Creating new leaders is one really great level.

5. Respect

Last three levels you have to earn, and this fifth level you get from your people. That means, that you were doing great with so many people for so long time that you lead people because of you are and what you represent. That is the fifth level of Leadership. Given to you from your people. This is the highest level of Leadership, and you cannot claim it for your self. You get it from your people. How to get on level five Leadership? You must do first four levels very good. But, you must know one thing. You will never be with everybody on same level. When you have a new people on your business, you will start with them on first level of Leadership. For them you will be only the upline, nothing else. But, those who you develop, you will be on level four.

This was the 5 Leves of Leadership in short. I Strongly suggest that you read 5 Level of Leadership from John C. Maxwell this book is really great!

Run away!

Did you heard that you are just like those people with who you spend time. So, ask your self with what kind of people I am? To be successful in Network Marketing you have to be positive. I mean if you want to successful in nay business you have to be positive not negative. All those negative people who you meet during your journey try to destroy your positive attitude and at the end whole business.

If you have idea to change those people, to make them positive. Ok, that is your choice, but it is the same as you are trying to move 5 floor building only with your arms. You are losing time with them. They are just like zombies, you cannot turn them back to humans, you can only become zombie like them or run away!! Trust me, run away! Fast and don’t look back.

What are they trying to do?

Those negative people could be your family, friends and other close one to you. I know that you cannot run away from your family, but you can put them on side. Just for some time until you finish what you start. Your family could be joules on you. They thinking if he succeed in this MLM business he will be better than me. That is the reason why your family will say no to you and try to push you away from your new business.

Your friends are the same story. Let say that you are on the beer with your friends every Friday drinking having fun, and one Friday you do not show up. Your are not there, you said that you have a business to run. Those your friends will tell you that you are stupid and that you losing time with MLM business. Reason why? They feel bad about them self. Because they know deep down in their heart that they losing time on beers every Friday. They will do anything to pull you down with them. Anything! Let’s say that you and your four friends are in a big barrel. One day you decide to go out and left them inside. will they let you do it? No! No way. What you have to do is run away!

New people

Family you have which you have. You cannot change your family, but your friends are different story. You can have a lot of friends and you can change them how ever you want. It is your decision. Why change friends? Well, you can have a friend from your kindergarten, but you develop over the years differently and have different thinkings and way of looking things and so on. If you do not have nothing together with your old friends you can have a new friends. Don’t worry your old friends will not run away from you. When you will be successful they will be here, just like your family.

Stick to those people who are positive and have positive impact on you. stick to those people who lift you up, not put you down. Than your progress will be much faster and better.

New Year Resolution

New Year comes and old one leaves. I believe that you made a lot of plans for a new year. That means that you are not satisfied with you and what are you doing right now.

Did you set a goals? It is New Year and everybody makes a New Years Resolution that they will lose weight, that they will do this and do that.

Most of the time this New Years resolutions are lasting as a New Year, only one day. Why is it like that?

Because somebody over the time made up New Years resolutions which no body stick to it. New Year day is one real funny day. Everybody set their up their hair, buy new dress. There is big preparation for New Year and after New year, everything looks like before.

Don’t have to be like that

New Year should not be time for any New year resolutions or something like that. We all can celebrate New Year and we all can have fun without feeling guilty that we eat too much, drink too much or do anything else too much. This is only calendar New year and it is here with us or without us. Every year is New year, we cannot change that. But, what can we change? We can change our New year resolutions and stop with that. Because this kind of resolution lasts for a one day.

We do not need New Year to make a change in our lives. We can do it when ever we want. We can do it when we decide to do it. When we are ready for it. That can be during a whole year, and that will last for a longer period of time.

We can use calendar for measuring things which we want to accomplish. Just like when you want to lose weight you have to measure it somehow. Right? You don’t need New Year for losing weight, you have to stop eating like crazy to lose weight.

Goals

When you are ready set your goals. Always write goals on the paper with your hand. There is something magic in writing goals on the paper. I don’t know did you notice, but every time when you write down some reminder, you remember that. But if you don’t write down your reminder than you forget about it. Than you said I don’t have to write down anymore because I remember, but if you don’t write down you, don’t remember nothing. That’s the way it is.

Write your goals set a date when you will finish this goal. Then start to do it. This looks very simple, and it is. To make it little bit more complicated you can set two types of goals. Long term and short-term goal.

Long term goal is something what you like to accomplish. Something bigger and those short-term goals are parts of that big goal. That is also simple. If you will have any problems with setting the goals, you can contact me and I will help you with this.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016.!!!

Notice it?

Did you notice that some new people when you sign them up. Don’t listen to you, or upline or anybody? Did you notice that some new people don’t come on the meetings, don’t invite people in right way. They do not do nothing what they learned or maybe better to say they didn’t learn anything.

What to do with such a people?

Most of the beginners in Network Marketing when they sign up one of their friend to their business expect that this guy will made a big success in MLM. But unfortunately it is not like that. It is little bit different. But, our new guy chase their friend and try to force him to do a great business. Friend is interested first month and then nothing, but our beginner chase him, call him: “Where are you? Why didn’t you came on the meeting?” and words like that. So, our beginner lose lot’s of time with his friend which is not so interested in business.

What to do with people like this. Let them go! As soon as possible, let them go. You will only lose time with them. Listen to the words of Jim Rohn. He said: “Some will, some don’t, so what.” It doesn’t matter if that your friend is not so interested as he told you in the beginning. Find another one. Do not lose time with this guy.

Leaders

You know if you find another one very fast and don’t pay too much attention to your friend, maybe just maybe he will move a little. but if you will jump on him and made a pressure on this poor guy who is not interested anyway like he told you that is. Than maybe he will do something if you leave him alone.

Network marketing is a Leadership business and in this business we have to find a leaders. Leaders are those who start to do something by them self. Leaders are not those who waits for others. In MLM you have to find leaders. If that is not your friends, than maybe it their friends. You have to find them.

3 Ways how your prospects will chase you for a presentation!

When we start to work in any Network marketing company one of the most important thing is to show our presentation to our prospects. Right?

We have to show it almost to everybody, but how to do it to not be pushy for the people. What usually every new member of any Network Marketing company do? When they join, they start to chase everybody to show them presentation. But, when you chase others to show them your presentation, than a big resistance show up. Because it looks like you are trying to sell them something. Truth is that You are trying to sell them. Everything is selling so, every time somebody sells something to somebody.

Maybe that is the reason why they don’t like the idea of selling. Ok, let’s go to a three ways of how they will chase you.

1. Don’t try to sell them

I think this is clear. People don’t like that you or anybody else selling them anything. Like it is excellent explain Tom Hopkins in his book Low profile selling. Tom says act like a Lamb sell, like a Lion! So, don’t try to sell them, but instead talk like you talk about something what you purchase and how good it is. You can tell them that this is not for them anyway. No selling, no pushing, just small talk about great business and  how good it is for you.

2. Don’t give them what they want now

One of the good way it to not to give them presentation when they ask for it. I know that is a hard thing for most of you. Because you cannot wait to give the presentation to the people. But in this way you will have much more success with your presentation.

How to manage it. Let’s say you are in coffee bar and you ask a waitress, does she would like to work as a waitress for the rest of her life? She will say, NO!! No way. Than you said that you have excellent business idea. She said, ok tell me. You said that you cannot because she is working now and give her your business card. She can call you later for a presentation. If you do it 5 times per day like that. Your phone will ring everyday and somebody will ask you that you made a presentation for them. 3. Do not explain over the phone

Don’t explain nothing over the phone. If you will do that, than you are out. No, body would like to hear your presentation if you will start to explain it over the telephone. I understand long time ago when there was no mobile phones and my father told me. Hrvoje phone is for making appointment not for talking. So, old lesson works now also. Phone is not for talking, use it only for invitation. When you invite them don’t sound like you are ready to be there in one minute. No, you have to sound like you don’t have time to much, but you will show to him something good, but not today, maybe next week you can seat on coffee. Hope you understand! Do it like that every day with one person and you will made lot of appointments in the next month.

Coach what is that?

If that up is your question, than you are in big problems. Maybe you never ask yourself do you need a coach. maybe you think you are smart enough that you know everything. That is all maybe.

Here are things which are for sure and there is no question about it. Do you know any successful sport team or person who do not have a coach? I don’t. Every successful person have a coach and that’s a fact!

I know those guys who said that they are the ones who learned everything by them self and that they didn’t have anybody to show them anything.

To tell you the truth this few guys which told me that kind of story was lying. Because later on I find out that they also had a coach, but their ego is higher than they are and they said I didn’t have coach, and no body teach me. I had to do it all by myself.

Well, anyway that is kind a stupid. Because we have to use the knowledge of others and to add something of our own and be better than people before us. So, with our knowledge next generation will be better than we are. At least I hope so. If they not destroy the planet before.

What will coach do for you?

1. Coach will show you where did you stuck in your business.
2. Coach will teach you things which you didn’t know
3. Coach will challenge you to give your best
4. Coach will confront you to move you if you get little slow down
5. Coach will motivate you like this one in this 3min video

If that coach on this video didn’t get you chills than you are a dead fish. With chills or without you will do any job or business without a good coach.  What steps you have to do regarding the find a good coach?

How to find a good coach?

1. It don’t have to guy which screams like this one on video
2. It don’t have to be successful like crazy with tons of money
3. It has to fit with your values
4. You have to understand him well, he/she have to fit you
5. He/she have to able to motivate you
6. He/she have to know the subject which coaching

Knowing the subject is on the list, but it is not the most important thing. Why? Very simple if information will be so good than everybody will be skinny, rich and happy. But, they didn’t. Everybody have those information’s. How to lose weight? Everybody knows that, but lot of people are still fat.

How to be rich. There are tons of books and information’s on how to be rich, but lot of people are poor. Only information will not help. You have to have someone to move you.

And that is a coach! Find it and win in life!

Step out of the shadow

Did you ever heard that the guy who teach in MLM business makes the most money? Well it is true. All the guys which are made presentations, hold workshops and webinars makes more money than other which don’t do that. Why?

Do you think somebody pays the, to hold webinars or workshops? No, it is very simple they are much more engaged in business than those which ones are passive.

1. Open plan

If you have a weekly open plan. Than you have to learn it. It will not be a problem because you will listen to it for a lot of times. Than you made a little practice at home and then you tell to your sponsor or upline that you would like to make an Open plan presentation. If your upline watch for a good duplication and asks that you made same presentation as he did. Just do it. Don’t made up yours. Do the same as your sponsor do it. Because you want that your downlines do it the same as you. It is important for duplication.

2. Workshop

Start to do workshops for your people. It doesn’t matter if there is only two people. You have to be professional. So, do this workshop just like it is 20 people. If you will do it like that, than you will have 20 people on workshops.

What to tech them? Teach them simple things for the beginning. How to start you MLM business. How to invite people and so on. On every workshop made a edification for your sponsor, because you will need him later. If you do not give power to your sponsor, he cannot give you back the same power.

3. Webinars

You must know that this is your business and you have to act like a leader. So, to do that you have to start to have your own webinars. Don’t wait for your sponsor do it your self. Your sponsor is here to help you, not to work instead of you. You are responsible for your business, not your sponsor. Take the lead. As soon as you do that you will make more money and more people would like to work with you. So, in that case you have more control.

Step out of the shadow! I know that some people get used to seat down and wait for sponsor to made his business. Later on if business fails than it is sponsor fault. Your business is your responsibility. Thrust me. People get’s connected to people not to company. So, you need that people connects with you.

People will always connect to Leaders. If you are in the shadow your people will connect to your upline or sponsor. This is ok, but your upline and sponsor can work only with some amount of people. They have others to, not only you and your people. So, take the lead, get out of the shadow and start to teach others.

How to act on Open Plan

I am sure that you have Open Plan once per week in some Hotel or some conference room. I know that you a are good Network Marketer and that you will bring new people to the Open Plan. Well there is a way how to perform to make it the best possible way. There is few things you have to do it to make it good job.

1. Make edification of your sponsor

It doesn’t matter how your sponsor acts and works. You have to make a edification of your sponsor. What is that mean? That mean that you have to said to your new people how your sponsor is great and how he or she works that business perfectly and how they knows what are they doing. Don’t tell to your sponsor how your new guy is great and how he will be perfect in this business, how he is already great in some other business and os on. Do not make edification of your new people to your sponsor. Because you want that your new people listen to your sponsor not vice-versa. Right? So give power with edification to your sponsor, than your sponsor will give power back to you.

2. Introduce your new people to your sponsor

On the Open Plan for sure it will be your sponsor. You already made edification of your sponsor and new people can’t wait to meet such a great guy or girl.  First thing what you have to do is to introduce your people to your sponsor and said that your sponsor helps you a lot in this business. So, they know that you are not alone and also they will know that they will not be alone in this business.  Your people must know that you have a team.

3. Watch plan carefully

I know that you know your marketing plan perfect and that you heard it 10000 times. But, if you want your people listen carefully, you have to do it also. First you seat in the front raw, if you are a leader you will seat in the first line. Not in the last, if you want to people follow you, you must act like a leader. It doesn’t matter where they will seat. Maybe they will follow you and seat next to you or maybe they will seat in back. it is their problem.

You have to listen plan like you heard it for the first time. You cannot look at your mobile phone while your sponsor or upline talks. You cannot also talk with somebody and making jokes. You are there to make a business not to have fun. You have to listen if you want them to listen. It is very easy, if you will not take it seriously, your people will not take it seriously.

4. After Open Plan

After Open Plan do not run away home. Remember that leaders come first and goes home last. After Open plan stay with your people on short drink and try to have your sponsor little at your table, or the best thing it will be that presenter come little to your table and have a few words with your people. When presenter is at your table. He had the biggest power, because he was presenter. Than you have to be quit and let presenter to speak. Always presenter have the biggest power. Always. If you would like to have that power after the Open plan you have to speak at Open plan.
