Which of this two strategies will you use?

Question is what strategy will you use for your business. I will put here two different strategies for your work. So, you can choose from this two.

Do you want to have Van Gogh or Picasso strategy. What is the difference?

Both of them are phenomenal painters world famous and really spectacular. But they had different strategies while they were alive.

Van Gogh was very poor and without any money. While in the same time Picasso was very popular and sold a lot of his paintings. Both of them are fantastic painters and live completely different lives.

Van Gogh was a man who really enjoyed in painting and he do it most of the time. But he had a life problems, he didn’t sell so good his pictures in fact he sold only one during his life. He died young because of very poor life which he lived.On the other side there was Picasso who sold pretty good his paintings. Picasso was very interested person and he was changing girls, and abuse them. But the truth is that he had a good Marketing skills. What was most important he knew how to sell himself and his paintings. He was good marketer.

Good and bad

On the other side Van Gogh was really bad in marketing, not only he was bad in marketing and selling his paintings he was also bad in marketing himself.

I really would not like to get in what Van Gogh problems had, both of them were not clear in their heads, but the fact is that Van Gogh was bad in marketing. But he was good in painting and really enjoy to do it. No matter about the heat or anything else he was there and paint. Regardless of good painting he sold only one his painting during his whole life.

Van Gogh was better?

At the end the most expensive painting in the world was from Van Gogh not from Picasso. So, we can say that Van Gogh was better painter than Picasso. But those two excellent painters had a completely different life only because of different way of their marketing and ability to sell them self and their paintings to other people.

Things are very simple no matter what you love to do. The most important thing is to learn how to market yourself. If you will be bad in marketing you can be the best in what you do. No body will care about you. Just like no body cared about Van Gogh. He died when he was 37 years old. Very poor. On the other side Picasso lived 91 years and he had very interesting life with lot of paintings sold during his lifetime.

So, it is up to you. You can choose which strategy would you choose. Strategy with good marketing or with bad marketing. I like the idea that you left something for next generations, but during your life you have to live good and be happy with that what you do. 5 ways to manage yourself in time.

Everybody talks about time management. But there is no chance that we can manage time. Time is going with or without us. So, we cannot manage time. But, we can manage our self in time which we have and we all have 24 hours per day.

1. Checking

In online marketing business. We have a lot of things to check. If your Facebook is open than you know that all the time some notification are there. Than you check your page on Alexa and so on. Did you notice how much time do you lose only on checking everything? Answer is simple. To much! Don’t check all the time. Do things what you decide to do and when you finish with everything than check notifications. Nothing special will happen in hour or two.

2. Made a plan what will you do today

before you start working made a plan what will you do today. Think and write down what is your goals for today. I am sure that lot of people sit in front of their computer and then start to do something what comes in their mind. With looking in computer you will lose a lot of time.

3. Watch out for social media

social media is time eater. What is that mean, that mean that you when you are on Facebook start to look at wall and at some funny videos and so on. Reading other people posts on Facebook eats your time very fast. So, watch when you open Facebook or Twitter or any other Social Media website.

4. Doing few things in same time

this is modern way of working called multitasking. Multitasking will kill you. It is better to do one thing and finished it for today. Than doing things all in the same time. Let me be more specific. You can do something and don’t finished it completely, but it must be finished for today. Let say you write a book and blogging and you prepare some your product. So, today write one chapter of your book. When you finished with one chapter, btw. You plan it. Than start to write blog after you finished with blog, than you work on your new product. But do not do everything in the same time. You will lose time.

5. Chating

chatting is ok, and you have to communicate with people. But, do not chat when you work. It will save your time. When you work your work. Later on or in some kind of brake you can chat with people. But, do not do it if you writing a blog or doing something else. I know that people are very important in network marketing, but you are also not here every time when they want to. You will spoil your people and that is not good. That is very bad. Let them wait a little when you finish your work. If you will respond every time in a second, than after some time when you will have a lot of people, you will chatting whole day and you will not have time for any work.

Successful? Easy!

To be successful there is no magic crazy thing. It is very simple just you have to do some basic things. Everybody want’s to be successful, but not lot of people do what they have to do to be successful. Here is 5 ways which will help you to be successful.

1. Write down dreams and goals

I know that lot of people have dreams and some goals. When you go to supermarket you have goal to go there and buy something. So, we all have goals for some daily things which we do. But for the big things we don’t have goals. Maybe some body have it, like they said in their head. But that is not a goal or dream it is some wish which show up from time to time. To have a dream or goal it is something else. To have a goal it is like you are going to supermarket, maybe you will do something else on the way, but you are going to supermarket! That is why you have to write down your goal and go for it. Don’t think how you will get there it is not important, important thing is to go there.

2. Enjoy

When you are going to your goal, you have to enjoy it. If your way is big struggle for you than it is a bad decision to go there. Than just simple change goals, and if you need change your dream. Don’t be afraid, if your dream is big house with 15 rooms and 5 kitchens. What is really nice dream or goal. But, after few years of hard work to get have this you ask yourself for what do I need such a big house? I don’t need that, why will I need to have 5 kitchen? When I need only one. So, than you change your goal. Same thing is in your work. If you like more offline Network Marketing than do offline if you like more online, than do it online. Just enjoy on that way. If you will not enjoy it, you will get sick. Than you will not need anymore any house or kitchen.

3. Make a plan

It is much easier to go with the flow. But that will not get you anywhere. You have to have a plan. Imagine that you would like to build a house without plan? Is that normal? No, first thing what you need is to have a plan. Than according to this plan you can buy bricks and so on. It the same in everything. First you have to have a dream, than goal, than plan and than realization of that plan. It is simple.

4. Burn all bridges

If you have plan A,B,C than you will not fight good enough for plan A. Your plan A is the best one right? Than plan B is not so good as plan A. That is why you have to burn the bridges behind you and go for your plan A. Just like did it Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes in 1519. When he goes to conquer Aztec empire he order to his troops to burn the boats and said to his soldiers that they will go back with Aztec boats or they will die here. So for them is do or die. If you have any back up your will retreat at the first problem which showed up. Simple! Burn the boats, burn the bridges, just burn something and go to fight!

5. Discipline yourself

Well if you will burn boats and bridges. Thaaaaan you are in big trouble. Than you have to discipline yourself to do it everything right. Than you cannot afford to watch television half a day. Than you must have strong discipline. If you will be hard on yourself than life will be easy on you, if you will be easy on yourself than life will be hard on you. Very simple!

What is the most important thing on your Blog to be profitable and good. Well, that is the main reason why you have a blog. Right? People have blog for some different kind of use. Somebody have blog for just writing something and they enjoy to do it. They do not think about earning money or something else too much with their Blog. If you have Blog like that than you don’t have to read anymore.

Since Network Marketing works Online very good Blog become one of the main thing for expanding the business. Everybody is online and in front of their computer, tablets, smartphones everybody. So, to have a Blog is a real great idea.

What is the most important  thing on your Blog, that is your mailing list.  Why mailing list. You know that in network marketing since network marketing exist everybody says that the money is in the list. Do you remember this days? I do, always upline said money is in the list. We always have to expand our list all the time. Now it is much easier, because you can work on your list online. Expand it even more, why? Because before you had your friends and family. everything else was cold list which was not for everybody and it was pretty hard to make a duplication with that.

Today with attraction marketing you can very easy find new people on your list and those people call leads. So, to have more leads probably you will have more money. Capture form

To have any list you have to first have good prepared blog. What is that mean? That mean that you must have capture form on your blog. So, you can have people who will register and be on your list. This small capture form is the most important thing on your blog, because without it you cannot put anybody on your list.

What is a good capture form and why should someone give you his/hers email. People have anyway too much emails to read. They don’t have enough time to read it. Why should they give you theirs email? One good reason is that will get something in return. No body will give you his email just like that for sending your stuff to him. No, things don’t work anymore like that. Maybe long time ago, but now no.

You have to give them something in return. Your capture form must have headline let’s say like that “5 Facebook strategies for generating more leads” or “7 strategies for this and for that”, or something like that. So, when they put their name and email in this form they will get your 5 or 7 ways to do something better. Any good information will help. You have to know your niche, you have to know what your people who read your blog need and that you have to give them.

Don’t have capture form in the way that you promise them good information or newsletter. No body wants newsletter anymore, no body wants anymore emails. People need things which will help them to made more leads, more money and you have to provide them that. Not another Newsletter.

Times are changing and 20 years before Network Marketing was not so much online. Nothing. Was so much online. There was things, but not i that way. Now everybody have mobile smartphones and everybody can be online all the time. So, that is why network Marketing is much more interested than before.

Since there is a lot of different companies which goes up and down during the time. It very good idea to brand yourself.

1. Online you can easy work with whole world

Great thing with Online network Marketing is that you can work with a whole world. You are not limited to only one country. So, world is pretty big and you have to make some effort to be known in the other part of the world. But you can! So, start to brand yourself. Good way to do it is with your Blog. Since Blog can see everybody in whole world it is one fantastic way.

2. Company can go down

I am sure that people who are in Network Marketing don’t think too much about their company. Because always upline said that this company is the best in the world, but reality can be different. If you brand yourself as a great leader, than if you go to some other company people will go with you.

3. You as a product

People just do not listen when somebody told them that everything is a sale. They think that sales is only when some sales person sales something to somebody else. This is not true. Sales is everything. When you want to learn somebody something you have to sale yourself before than you can teach somebody something. Otherways why would somebody listen to you?

Basics, let’s get back to basics. Over the we all get lot of informations and some of us get lost in to many information which we all receive. Since we are in information age it is easier than ever to get lot of information. Not all of them are good we have to sort it. But, in this sorting and collecting new information we forget about basics.

Just a little reminder for a 5 basic things we have to do in our Network Marketing.

1. Prospecting

It doesn’t matter if we know everything about Network Marketing or we are in some high level. We have to prospect and find new people. This is the basic of any Network Marketing. So, don’t forget about prospecting.

2. Prospecting strategies

Since there online is bunch of ways to find new prospect. We have to watch out to not get lost in lot of different strategies which we can find now. We cannot made a good job if we prospecting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Because for all this different Social Media pages we need different strategies. It is much better to master one strategy and we will have a lot of to gain in this strategy than we can continue on another strategy. But to do it all in once it is not good. You will be nowhere. 2. Phone call

I know that most of you would like to have full online business and that you do not have to call anybody. But this is still people business and we all have to call anyway. 3. Blogging

If you are blogging again stick to a basics. Do not blog once a week it will not get you anywhere. You have to blog at least three times per week. Some of the high earners in our industry produce blogs every day. So, you can also be the one who do it every day. But, if you blogging do it at least three time per week. 4. Closing

We have to anyway make a closing. Some of the people will maybe join by them self, but most of them need closing. We have to do it all the time.

In this way your planing is more important than ever. Why? Because every second matters and you do not want to lose it for nothing. Plan your time special after your main job. To jump up Network Marketing business you will some time to work two jobs. So, it is very important to that after your job you know where are you going and how much time will you spend on meetings. When you are in this shortage of time you will very easy see who is the right people to work with.

3. Work only with right people

In the beginning of any Network Marketing business everybody is happy to have anybody who will join them. That’s the things in the beginning. But later on you will have to work only with those who deserve it. Because you will not have time to lose with those who don’t want to work. 4. Sleep enough

I know that first thing what everybody does when they do not have enough time during the day is work long hours and not sleeping enough. Maybe you will do more in that one day. But next day you will be tired and you will not be so good. You will lose concentration, you will be slow and sleepy. So, that is not the way how get things done faster. Than is direct opposite. If you do it like that whole week than you are in real mess. You must have enough sleep to be productive. Here we need you to be productive for two jobs not one. So, go to bad earlier and sleep enough.

5. Be faster

What ever you do try to be faster than before. How do you wake up? Do you jump from your bed in the morning or you turn of alarm and sleep little more? Do you make your coffee slow and you dirnk it for half an hour? Do you walk slow? You should be faster in everything you do except eating, drinking and driving. That is the things which you have to do it slow. But please take a look at yourself how much time do you need in bathroom? How much time do you need to dress yourself? If you will speed up yourself you will feel much hapier than before. Because you will done more things in shorter amount of time.

Even offline people put some nice clothes, talk to other people and like the idea that somebody likes them. It is quite normal. Sometimes people do things what other don’t like, but they are not aware of that. Since there is a lot of different people it is understandable. Here you will see 7 ways what to do to people like you more.

1. Be your self

If you pretend everybody will see it. Just be you people like people who are them self. We are all unique and we all have personality. Show it, it is yours. You will see that people will like you more because of that. Say what you think, disagree if you think otherwise. Be you and people will love you more.

2. Smile

People love that other people smile. So, smile more. You will feel better not only those around you. Smile is a free gift to people around you. If you are online, you can smile even online. On every social media website you have emoticons. To show your feelings. So, use them more. Because your words can be understood much better if you use emoticons. Smile where ever you go and people will like you more.

3. Handle criticism nice and easy

You must know that there in the world is a lot of people who like to criticise. They do all the time and everywhere. They maybe are not mean, but that is the way how they works. Also there is people who would like to help you with criticism. To show you where you made mistake and that you correct it. There is also mean people who like to hurt you with their critic. In any case you are not responsible for other people acts, but for yourself. Handle critic easy and people will like you more. If you jump on every critic, even the good one, you will lost those good ones who want to help you to be better. SO, nice and easy when critics are around, and they are all the time.

4. Listen

Very important thing is to listen other people more than we talk. Everybody like active listeners, everybody. So, that you listen more. That is the reason why you have one mouth and two ears. To listen more and talk less. If you want that people run away from you than you must talk all the time.

5. Ask for advice

Everyone would like to feel important and needed. If you ask others for advice than it means that you respect their opinion. Everybody will like that and everybody will feel great when you ask them for an advice. Did you notice that people give advice even if you didn’t ask them for advice? Yes they do that by them self. So, impact is much bigger if you ask them for advice. People will like you more.

6. Become an expert in storytelling

Since we were a kids we love stories. Special if they are good ones. If you become an expert in storytelling people will like you more for sure. But do not get confused with good storytelling and just talking. It is not the same.

7. Give sincere compliments

People who are focused only on them self don’t give any compliments to no body. But, if you take a look on other person you can for sure find something to complement. You can do that online also, not just offline. Very simple complement other people work or website or their way of thinking. But, do that only if you really think in that way. No body loves those guys who lie all the time just be more liked. If you give sincere compliments people will like you more.

Do you know that most of the people after they finish their school or college never read any meaningful book in their lives? This statistic is really bad. I know that after some college people don’t like to read, since they had pressure on college, but question is: “When your education finish?”

School

We were all going to school. Somebody like it more, some less, but we all went to school. We learn and learn some goes to college some don’t. When most of the people finish school they stop with education. That is the biggest failure of any school system. Stopping the education of young people. Fact is that our education is not finished in school or college. Our education lasts until we are alive.

Successful people learn

Successful people in any niche learn. They do not sit in front of TV and do nothing, they learn in free time. Why? Reason is very simple. They know that if they give more value to the market they will earn more money and they will have better life. If you are not learning all the time, you are losing the battle. Very simple!

Are you ready?

When you are joined to some Network marketing company, what do you think? Are you ready to build this business? I am 100% sure that new people when they joined to Network Marketing company if they do not start learning they don’t have any chance in that company. No body is ready for Network Marketing business. That is not a big problem if you are willing to learn. No body is born and knows everything. But you have to be aware that you have to learn about Network Marketing to be successful.

Most of the top earners was ready for learning and working to be top earners in Network Marketing. If they didn’t learn a lot they would never be top earners in Network Marketing. So, all you have to be is very teachable and you  have a good chance to be successful.

I am sure that now you have the answer on question: “Do you need to educate your self after the school. Make sure that you do it in the fastest way. What is that mean? That means that you have to be on any workshop which you will find or which your company prepare. Read, attend seminars, courses, watch educational videos, listen to educational materials in your car. If you will do it like that, you have a very big chance to succeed in Network Marketing.
