One of the most important thing is to give value to the market place. That is the way to attract the people. You have to help people to achieve their goals and then it will be easier for you. To receive some value back from the market you have to give value to the market! How you can do it online and even offline. Give something for free, give some knowledge for free! If you have your own blog that is great. Because if you don’t have your own blog you are like homeless on internet. That is way is important to have your own blog. I mean you can use social media, but you are not the owner of social media pages. You are only using them and if they don’t like what you wrote they can very easy cancel your account. Webinars are an excellent thing to help people to learn something new. On webinars you can also give a lot of value to the people in that what are you doing. You can have webinars once per week or you can have twice per week. Here you can register on free webinar.

3. Workshops

Workshops are awesome, because you are there face to face with a people and it is great way to connect with them. Another thing is when people come to the workshops you know that those people are really interested to change something in their life. It has more power than webinar. Because on webinar people can connect from home and disconnect anytime, or they can be connected and not listen to what you are talking. What in live version is not the case.

So, give people value and you will get value back! Very simple!

Simple question today. Does your people tolerate you or really follow you? I know that sometimes when you become successful in business everything is changed and I am sure that you know a lot of people who start to act strange when they become sponsor or upline.

After few days they become that smartest persons which you ever saw in life, and two days ago were normal. Did you ever notice that? I am sure you did, you notice that on somebody else, but very rare are those who noticed on them self.

Earn your position

Position doesn’t make you a leader. Story is completely different, you have to earn your position. What is that mean. If you are in Network marketing business or in any other business were you have to deal with people and you become upline to one group of people, you have to earn your position in that group.

What is that mean? You have to lead this people in the way that those people follow you, not tolerate you. If they only tolerate you then they will soon left somewhere else. That’s the way it is. But on the other hand if they really follow you and they are happy to see you, than situation is different.

How to earn Leadership position

To lead people is easy and hard in the same time. You have to lead people before you get any position and if you will be the smartest one all the time, then people will tolerate you. Usually they will not tolerate you long time. So, start to act like a leader:

1. Leaders are not the smartest

I am sure that you notice those guys around you. There is really lot of them, and people don’t tolerate them. You don’t have to be smartest, but you have to listen more. That is why you have two ears and one mouth! (just in case you ever ask your self why is that)

2. Leaders are nice, not arrogant

Leaders are not arrogant. They are nice to be around, and those same people don’t look at your weak sides and mention them, but look at your strong sides. Watch out, there is very small line between arrogance and confidence. Arrogance very few tolerate, and it is question what is going on in their head.

3. Leaders don’t have to say that they are leaders

I am sure that you now those guys. Which scream all the time I am the boss, I am the leader and all of this are my followers. Those kind of people are really no leaders. True leader never have to say that he is a leader. Just like the famous movie actor never have to say: “You know I am a famous actor!” 🙂

4. Leaders are those who goes first in the action

Real leader goes first in the battle. No matter how that battle looks like. If you want to be a leader you have to be first who will go and fight with problems and new things which happen.

I know that out there on this fantastic internet there is a lot different things, there is so much opportunities that you can all day look at opportunities and strategies how to earn the money. If you will take a look at all of this stuff you will get no where, that is for sure. I m not saying that you must have only one opportunity, it is the same like you have all eggs in one basket, and we all know what that means. If you have more opportunities at least they have to be compatible together. Otherwise you will do nothing with your online business.

Ok, let say that you have more opportunities, what is ok. It is not such a big problem like marketing that your opportunities, that is much bigger problem.

Marketing everywhere

It is a big challenge to be only on one social media, since there is so much funny and interesting social media. I know that you would like to be on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram and everywhere else. But, if you would like to do a good job in online marketing, you have to focus on only one strategy and master it. I mean you can be present everywhere on every social media, but if you are going to pay for advertising do it only on one social media. Do, not spend your money on very social media because you will have bad results. Special in the beginning. If you are beginner, and maybe you don’t have too much money for advertising it is better to spend it with results.

I am sure that you noticed that you can very easy spend money online on advertising and don’t have any results. The reason for that is very simple. You spend your money on every social media. Maybe it is not much, but when you put all together it is a nice amount of money and no results.

Stick to one strategy

Stick to one social media where you decide to crush it. It doesn’t matter which one is that it can be the one you choose. They are all different, some social media is faster, some slower, some you like more, some less. Some have more rules, some less. You can choose where to go and crush it. Don’t try to be present every where because you will do nothing. Take one strategy and do your best, learn the more as you can about it and do what ever you can to be one of the best.

I know how do you feel it was the same for me. I did stick to one strategy and there was nothing happen. I know that you think if you are present every where that you will have more traffic. We can agree on one thing for sure. In any business and also in Online, affiliate or network marketing business it is very important to have set and written goals.

I know that life could be easier without goals, but that is not true. If you are a person who do not want to write goals and be later on disappointed  than I think you are making a big mistake.

What is a person without a goal. Imagine that you are going out of the house and start walking without a goal. Without a goal where are you going. That means you are going nowhere. So, goals in life are very important. We can set different kind of goals. Short terms, long terms and so on. But the most important things is to stick to your gals. What you have to do to be with your goals.

1. Write it down

If you don’t write down your goals it is just the same like you do not have it. What is that mean? It means that it is the same if you don’t have any goals or you have and those goals are not written. Like you said! My goal is to lose 5kg of weight, if you not write that down, nothing will happen. To achieve your goals, you have to set your goals! Something happens in the brain when you write down your goals. Something gets wired with your brain, action and written goals.

2. Read your goal

So, now when you set your goals and write it down somewhere, next thing what you have to do is to read it. How many times? You have to read this goals every day. If you will not read it, you will forget about it and you will not do the job. This is very simple. You have to read your goals every day. It doesn’t matter if tat is long-term or short-term goals. Lot of people made visual board where their goals are written.

3. Make a plan for your goal

When you have set your goals. Than you must have a plan how to achieve this goals. Just like you are going to the market store to buy groceries. First you have written what you will buy. Than you are going in your car to some specific store and there you buy what you need and after that you are going home in the same way. so, you have a plan how you will do it. If you cannot accomplish your plan in a one day just use you plan to accomplish goal next day. Every day until it is done!

I know that lot of people in Network Marketing do not have success. For that there is a lot of different reasons, one of the most common reason is that people think it is easy job and that they will do it very easy. When they see it is not easy, they than quit. When I long time ago start to working in Network Marketing business. It was the old fashion way of doing business.
We were all the Times in home meetings and walking arround with a White board for drawing marketing plan.

Once our upline said you know guys we have a special event. We were also on the workshop and those small events all the time, but now we have a big event. Which we have to pay and amount in that time was not so small.
Finally after some time we decide to go on that event.
We tought that there Will be only 20 of us and some 20 other People what is pretty ok for some event.
But when we came there IT was 8000 People inside. That event changed our mind and our souls. We find out that these what we are doing do at last 7980 People!!

It was really crazy two-day event blowed our mind. So, what was happened to us in that time and why you have to go to events.

1. Others also came

You will see other People who also came to this event. You know the feeling when you are going somewhere and there is only one or two-man. You feel like an idiot, but if you are around 8000 people things are changing in your head.

2. You Will learn from leaders

In this event you will find a lot of leaders who will speak on this event and you will learn from top leaders how to do a great business.

3. Stories on event

On any event you Will hear stories. Some of this stories can be just like yours. When you find yourself in story. You Will that moment know that you can do IT also this business. This stories Will give you strength to continue your hard work and fight for freedom. So, you tell me that I had to go to event to listen stories? Yes I told you exactly that!

4. Boost of energy

One thing is for sure. To be good and to work hard you Will need energy! Not some energy, but really Lot of energy. These energy you Will find on event. Just like you go from time to time to put gasoline in your car. The same thing is events, that is the same just like your car need gasoline, you need boost of energy to win in Network Marketing. So, it is important to be there and take that boost.

5. Decision

In Life most of the things are your decision. Your Life goes in that way. This is a place where most of the People bring decision to do the business until they win. Those decision are not New Years resolutions, it is much stronger than that. So, on every time you can make strong decision. Which will take you to the next level of your working. Event will help you to stay on the track, even if it’s going to be very hard for you!

I mean you can, but you do not own those pages. You are just using their space with their rules and if they do not like what you are doing on social media pages they can terminate your page very easy. Facebook, Twitter or any other social Media page works in the similar way. When you have a blog than you are the owner of your content and no body can erase it or remove it. With out blog you are homeless on internet. Do you want to be homeless? No, that is why you need blog to have great business!
